The Last Time I Loved Him (Autumn and Ryan)

Chapter 82

Chapter 12

Easton's father was just as bad as he was. Over the years, he used his position at school to have inappropriate relationships with female students, and his mother turned a blind eye to it all.

When Easton heard this, he collapsed on the spot, his eyes losing all light as he stared at me, dazed.

"Amina, what exactly do you want?"

"Divorce. Sign the divorce agreement, and you will leave with nothing," I said in a deep voice.

Easton glared at me with fierce eyes.

"Why? We've been married for five years, and I've gained nothing. Why should I leave with nothing?"

I waved my hand dismissively at him.

"Calm down. Remember, I'm not negotiating with you; I'm informing you."

With that, I stood up.

"My lawyer will talk to you about the rest. As for how you feel, it doesn't matter to me. You are the one at fault in this marriage, and all my assets are premarital property. This marriage is over for you."

I turned and walked away without a second glance.

The divorce agreement was handed to me three days later.

I didn't waste time; I withdrew the lawsuit the same day.

When I heard that his mother had been released, she looked disheveled, her face pale and angry.

As for Easton, Kaylee agreed to settle, but only if she was paid two million.

After her time in jail, Easton's mother was scared. When she heard that Kaylee was willing to settle, she rushed home to gather the money.

She didn't have much savings, and her husband had given all his money to his mistress and wasn't willing to give any of it up. The two of them fought at home.

In the end, she had no choice but to sell a house she owned to raise the two million for Kaylee.

Once Kaylee received the money, she immediately transferred one million to me.

"I've given you the money, and the remaining million is my fee for this."

I didn't argue with her because I knew this wasn't over yet.

Easton was released, but the online attention hadn't died down.

Everywhere he went, people spat on him and cursed him as a "beast."

At first, Easton called me to vent, and I answered a few times, but I couldn't take it anymore, so I blocked him.

Kaylee kept playing the victim online, and after tasting the rewards from it, she grew bolder with her words.

"Babies, let me tell you, Easton is actually a repeat offender. He was the one who assaulted Amina, and then pretended to be this loving man. He's truly shameless." Once Kaylee said this, her live stream was once again trending on the top of the charts.

The comments flooded in.

"I can't believe Easton is like this. Amina is truly a victim."

"How could a family like Easton's produce such a scumbag?"

"His dad's not a good person either. He often harasses female students at school, but it's never been exposed."

"Oh my God, how can Amina stand it? Her husband, the one she shared a bed with for five years, turned out to be the one who assaulted her. If it were me, I'd go crazy." "Really feel for Amina."

As more and more people poured into the live stream, my expression grew darker and darker.
