Chapter 62-2
She seems so happy and that’s all that matters." I responded but he rolled his eyes,
"Most people wouldn’t let their sister date their best friend, but why did you allow it?" I questioned Dexter as I was so curious as to why he didn’t have an issue with Tyson and Clara’s relationship.
Although Clara wanted to keep it a secret from Dexter but three days ago, he had caught both of them kissing each other,
"Because I trust Tyson would never hurt Clara, and if he does, she’s going to kick his damn ass."
I laughed at his words,
"Is he scared of her?"
"He’s always been scared of Clara since we were younger."
"I trust she wouldn’t bully him anymore. You have to see her face whenever she thinks about him. She’s practically crazy about him." I murmured, but dexter held my chin, making me stare at him, "Enough of Clara and Tyson. Let’s focus on us."
I arched my brows at him,
"What happened to us, Dexter? Is there anything you want us to talk about?"

This was really cute. I had never imagined Dexter to be this kind of man and I had never expected him to be so in love with a baby that was barely two months old already. "If you desperately want a princess, then I want one too. She needs to know just how much her dad loved and talked about her before she was born." I muttered with a light chuckle and got into his warm embrace.
As soon as we broke the hug, Dexter held my chin and kissed me. Reciprocating the kiss, I shut my eyes and wrapped my arms around his neck while his fingers dug into my hair,
We would certainly have gone far if a knock wasn’t rasped on the door, distracting Dexter from the next step he was about to take. I watched him groan out loud in disappointment and I laughed at him,
"Come on, Dexter, Alpha duty call," I uttered, and he rose to his feet afterward while I remained on the bed because I was in undies and a big shirt that belonged to Dexter.
While Dexter walked away, I grabbed my phone from the side drawer and unlocked it. I received a message from Clara last night apologizing that she couldn’t make it home in time for us to go out. I
