"What on earth are you talking about, Mr. Lodge?"
Ariana looked at Brian with an innocent expression. "I was in the middle of a perfectly good shower when you barged in. How exactly is that my fault?"
"You..."
Brian's words faltered as he stared at her.
Wrapped in a towel, Ariana's long, slender legs were on full display. Her wet hair spilled over one shoulder, and droplets of water clung to her collarbone, creating an undeniably captivating sight.
Noticing his intense gaze, Ariana tightened her grip on the towel and asked, "Is there something you need, Mr. Lodge?"
"Why did you rip the uniform?"
Faced with Brian's accusation, Ariana feigned innocence. "Rip what? Mr. Lodge, I have no idea what you're talking about."
Brian's voice turned cold. "Don't play dumb, Ariana. What were you trying to prove by tearing the uniform? Was it rebellion? Or were you just trying to get my attention?"
"Mr. Lodge," Ariana replied, maintaining her act of confusion, "I honestly don't know what you're talking about.
"I've never seen any maid's uniform. If you're going to frame me, at least make it convincing."
Seeing Ariana's refusal to admit her guilt, Brian sneered. "Oh, really? Then come with me.
Grabbing her arm, he pulled her downstairs, his grip tightening as she winced pain.
When they reached the ground floor, they found Avery still gathering the torn pieces of clothing. The clothes were in tatters. Ariana glanced at them and said firmly, "I didn't rip these."
"Liar! You clearly did!"
Seeing Ariana deny everything, Avery quickly turned to Brian. "Mr. Lodge, I saw Ms. Torrey cut these clothes with my own eyes! I can testify!"
Ariana remained composed and replied, "You can testify? You're the one accusing me. Why should anyone believe you?
"If you want to prove I damaged these clothes, you'll need another witness, won't you?"
Avery's face turned ashen. "I was alone in the room at the time, Mr. Lodge. Ms. Torrey must be making this up out of fear of your punishment!"
"I'm not lying. If you don't believe me, we can check the surveillance footage."
At the mention of the footage, Avery's confidence grew. "Fine! Let's check it! But Ms. Torrey, don't regret this. You're digging your own grave!"
Ariana glanced at Brian, who remained impassive. "Mr. Lodge, what do you think?"
Brian turned to Emily and ordered, "Go check the surveillance footage."

Arian showed no fear. A faint sinile played on her lips as she observed Avery's smug expression.
It was such a petty trick, and Avery clearly underestimated her.
It was almost insulting
Moments later, Emily returned from the surveillance room
Leaning in close to Brian's ear, Emilly whispered, "Mr. Lodge, the surveillance footage has been tampered with."
Brian's brow furrowed at the news,
Avery's face turned pale when she heard the news. "It must be Ms. Torrey!" she exclaimed. "She
tampered with the footage! She's framing me!"
