Chapter 22: Cherokee Takes Dove and Eagle Home
I looked up as Cherokee walked into my room. He had a suitcase with him. I smiled and stood up and opened it.
"Thank you so much, Cherokee."
He brought a breastfeeding bra, underwear, a sundress that buttoned down the front, and sandals. For the baby, he brought a new blue blanket and a shirt that snapped between the legs, socks, and pants.
"I will dress Eagle while you get dressed he said looking at me and smiled."
I walked into the bathroom and 5 minutes later I walked out dressed. He had Eagle changed and dressed. The nurse walked in with the discharge paperwork and I signed them. Then Grace walked in pushing a wheelchair and I sat down and Cherokee handed Eagle to me.
He followed us out the door and down the hallway. We got outside and Cherokee put Eagle in the car seat and helped me into the truck.
"Grace handed me an envelope and asked that I give it to Temper."
" I told her that I would."
Then Cherokee started the truck and headed to the club. We arrived at the club and Cherokee helped me out then reached in the back and lifted Eagle out and then he took my hand and we walked into the club.
Once he opened the door they yelled welcome home Dove and Eagle. I smiled as Cherokee walked to the back door. As we walked out I saw a small bassinet sitting next to the head of the table.
Cherokee lay Eagle in it and Rain ran up yelling, "mommy, daddy, I missed you" she hugged us and then looked in the bassinet.
"Is that my new brother?"
" Yes, it is."
" He looks like my baby doll."
" But he is not a baby doll so you can never pick him up."
" OK, mommy."
Then she ran off to play.
I sat down and Temper walked over to give Eagle a kiss. I handed him the envelope and told him that Grace asked me to give it to him. I watched as he walked away and opened it.
"Dove, good to have you home Donna said."
I laughed.
"Why are you laughing?"
" Because one of my nurses, Grace might start seeing Temper."
Then Donna started laughing.
"That would be interesting if Temper and Grace got together."
" Think of the tricks we all could play on Beast and Temper. That would be something Donna said."
Then she stood up and walked over and picked Eagle up and handed him to me along with a light blanket. I fed him and Cherokee took him and changed him before laying he back down. Then he got Rain and me a plate of food before getting his After we all ate Cherokee stood up and held my hand and we walked to the front.
"I would like to introduce Eagle, our son, and the next president of this club."
Everyone clapped and congratulated us. We walked over and sat back down. Then he walked away and came back with a teenage girl.
"Dove this is Kim. She is the daughter of or new enforcer.""
" She agreed to watch all the kids while we sit out here. She will be helped by her older sister who is in college."
" Here she comes right now."
" Hi, I'm Pam."
" I promise that if he starts crying I will have Kim bring Eagle to you. He and Rain will be safe with us."
I smiled and handed Eagle over to her.
"He is so cute."
Then we watched as several of the mothers helped take the kids into the clubhouse. They have a big room on the first floor that has toys, chairs, TV, and other games.
"Don't worry babe."
" The kids will be just fine."
He took my hand and we walked over to chairs sitting near the fire.
As I sat down I was handed a cup of coffee. We sat and talked and I heard one of the whores ask Beast, "how long will Sandy have to stay in the cellar without clothes to keep her warm?"
"Until Cherokee and Dove say so."
" She should never have climbed Cherokee and Dove's bed. That was a very big mistake."
"Sandy has to learn her lesson."
" She may have had Wolf wrapped around her finger but she will never have Cherokee wrapped around it."
" Cherokee is the exact opposite of Wolf."
" Not that we really care."
" Sandy has always thought she was better than the rest of us."
" The longer she stays down there the better it is for the rest of us."
When Wolf was here she was the only one he slept with. She didn't have to service the other men. And she was very nasty to several of them because of their scars. They served in the military and fought for our country so we could be free. She had no right to refuse to service them. I watched as she walked away from Beast and Donna.
I started thinking. Just which, men, did she refuse to service? I leaned over and asked Donna to as Beast to ask the whore which men Sandy refused to service. Why do you want to know? Part of her punishment. She laughed and leaned over and told Beast what I said.
I watched as Beast stood up and walked over and talked to the whore. He pulled out a notebook from his pocket and started writing. I hope it was the names of the men. He walked back over and handed the paper to Donna and she handed it to me. I looked at it and there were six men on the list. I grinned and put the paper in my pocket.
I saw Cherokee look down at me. I will tell you later when we are in our room. OK, he said. He put his arm on the back of my chair and I saw one of the bikers walk out of the club with a guitar. I love music. He started playing a song that Donna and I knew really well. "Mama He's Crazy" we started to sing it not realizing that every member there was watching us.
When it was over they all clapped and said you two are really good. Not really we said. You are better than you know. He started playing another song and I leaned back with my head on Cherokee's arm. I looked up and saw Kim walking over with Eagle. She had a light blanket with her.
She handed him to me and I started to feed him as she sat down next to Cherokee. He is the best little boy she said. He sleeps a lot. New born's sleep about 18 hours a day. Just wait until he is a few months old. He will laugh and like being held. You will really enjoy watching him then. We like watching him now. I handed Eagle back to her and she said don't worry I will change him for you.
