Chapter 161
“Ms. Lawson, how will you explain these allegations made by your sister?”
“Ms. Lawson, please explain your sister’s allegations against you.”
Anastasia stood there numbly as if she had been pushed into hell.
The public questioning made her feel suffocated.
No matter how good her mentality was, she could not hold on any longer.
“Anastasia, don’t stand here anymore. Leave this place to us.” Christopher told Anastasia to leave and take a rest at the back
first.
Then, the students from the Department of Art who were brought along as support started arguing with the reporters.
However, their strength was limited.
“We are all Anastasia’s juniors. Anastasia is our mentor. We believe in her.”
“We are all Anastasia’s students.”
Anastasia stood there, her vision blurry and her stance wobbly.
“Anastasia...” Kimberly whispered.
“It’s okay.” Anastasia shook her head.
At the entrance, a middle-aged man asked in a deep voice, “Isn’t this an art exhibition? Why are there so many showbiz
reporters?”
Stunned by the voice, all the reporters turned around to look at the man.
After a long while, only did they come to a realization. “Isn’t he Samuel Zabinski from Lord Maberly Group in Atharia?”
“Good heavens! Is that Samuel Zabinski, the brother-in-law of Gunn Group’s CEO?”
“He’s the richest Clusian man in...”
So many people in Hork wanted to curry favor with Samuel. However, they never had the chance to see him.
A tall and slender man was following Samuel. He looked mature and was about the same age as Samuel. He and Samuel
looked like a perfect pair when they stood together.
“Mr. Samuel Zabinski! Are you Mr. Samuel Zabinski from Lord Maberly Group?”
Samuel frowned.
“Excuse me. Is this man beside you, your lover?”
Samuel glanced at the reporters coldly and did not explain anything. However, he held the man’s hand.
Anastasia frowned, thinking, “Why would a big shot like Samuel come to my art exhibition?”
Anastasia did not like Samuel very much. Anastasia thought, “It must be Jason who invited Samuel. Samuel is wearing a
wedding ring on his ring finger, which has the same design as that man’s ring. Obviously, they’re a couple. In Atharia, same-sex
marriages are legal, so that man must be Samuel’s partner. It’s a surprise to find that someone with a legal husband would still
have a love affair. I’ll never understand the world of the rich. Either way, I don’t wish to understand it too.”
Samuel walked to Anastasia and introduced his partner with a smile. “Are you Anastasia? He’s my lover, Spencer Livingston.”
Spencer also flashed a gentle smile. Spencer seemed to be a good person as he exuded a calming aura. “Hello, Anastasia. I’m
Jason’s teacher.”
Anastasia was stunned for a moment before opening her mouth. “T-Teacher?”
Spencer nodded. “I graduated from Radford Designer School in Atharia, and my pseudonym is Ambrose. This is my business
card.”
Anastasia remained stunned and did not return to her senses for a long time. Anastasia would never have thought that Spencer
was the world-renowned Clusian designer.
Ambrose, derived from his pseudonym, had always been a well-known brand.
Moreover, Spencer was the chief designer of the franchise specializing in custom-made dresses. It was the shop that Anastasia
went to before attending the banquet.
Anastasia took a deep breath and hurriedly raised her hand. “Hello. I’m sorry. It’s nice to meet you.”
“I’ve just met the top star in the industry,” she thought.
“Spencer is Ambrose!” The reporters were shocked. They could not find any scandals or news more shocking than Samuel and
Spencer’s identities.
Spencer admired Anastasia’s paintings and smiled at the media. “I like your paintings very much. You are a talented artist. Yours
is the painting I admire the most amongst all the paintings produced by the young artists in our country. I have seen it on the
forum before.”
A reporter asked, “Are you here for Anastasia’s paintings?”
Spencer nodded and looked at the painting that was displayed before Anastasia could finish it. “Good works are the best
interpretation of art. However, I want to ask about this painting. Why didn’t you finish it?”
