Traveller Manifesto

Chapter 57. SBS NEWS

Over the past months, many of the world’s religions have become ever more vocal in their criticism of the Transporter and any associated scientific investigation of the past.

This fury has been heightened by the release of documents Professor Adrian Taylor discovered while on the Byzantium Traveller project. His photography and categorisation of ancient scripture, historical documents, and classical literary works found in the Emperor’s library has seen intense criticism from many religious leaders, including the office of the Vatican itself.

Vatican spokesman, Cardinal Alfonse Giorgio, advised that many ancient scriptures were removed from the public eye because they didn’t reflect the true teachings of Jesus Christ. “There are many works, and many beliefs, that were eradicated by faithful Christians because they were not true,” explained Cardinal Giorgio. “As with any faith, some strayed from the truth and, over time, these false beliefs were done away with.”

Religious Ministers in the United States have taken a stronger stand.

In America’s South, Baptist ministers have joined together to lobby that all Traveller projects be stopped. “The Traveller missions have only proved that they don’t go back in time, but are sent somewhere else!” declared the spokesmen for the Ministers Against Traveller, Pastor Melvin Wainwright.

“Deception is of the Devil. Any so called findings by the Travellers that go against the teachings of my God are false and of the Devil,” he explained.

Of all knowledge brought back by the Travellers, including the teachings of Tatae that inspired the Forest Green movement, none has been so universally criticised as corrosive to Christian faith as the manuscripts brought back by Professor Taylor.

While Professor Taylor discovered updated and complete versions of apocryphal works such as the Kolbrin Bible and such poetic works as the Book of the Giants and the Book of Enoch which are described by scriptural scholars as having little spiritual value, he and his research team have released other works that refute divine communication by the prophets of old and even challenge the divinity of Jesus Christ.

In a statement by Professor Adrian Taylor, he described his findings as, “Vital for humanity’s understanding of the development of three of the great religions: Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. Remember, these are lost documents that include beautiful poetry and impressive works of literature. That some of the works contain ideas and actions antithetical to modern belief is to be expected as all belief, including Christian belief, is continually adapting and changing.”

Scholars have, as yet, only gained access to approximately a tenth of the documents that have been preserved and categorised by the Byzantium Traveller historical research team. We will reveal more once this remarkable repository of documentary knowledge is released.
