Chapter 57: Epilogue
The events in the year 71,200 before the present changed the 1000th iteration of the Milky Way Galaxy, and all living things were never the same from then on. The Zetans that escaped Zetani and survived the Zetani Maximus going supernova have continued to live on various planets, educating the inhabitants with their knowledge and wisdom. They became prophets and deities and created different religions and moral ethics to spread their Zetan knowledge to the inhabitants over the years. This was something that did not happen during earlier iterations of the galaxy. The Zetans who escaped the supernova altered the genome of every other sentient species in the galaxy and imbued their Zetan genome to make them wiser. As the Zetans gave the recipients superior intelligence, their Zetan DNA and history continued to flourish amongst some. Thus, their descendants founded ruling dynasties on every planet and became the masters of their tribes.
Kailow Voltrom remarried after Imogen’s death, and he fathered many many children. His descendants would remain the ruling family on Elvonia for 72 millennia until Rangda Kaliankan destroyed Elvonia during the Apocalyptic War in the 29th century AD, which is covered in the Divine Zetan Trilogy. Under Kailow’s dynasty, the elves lived in peace, being attuned to the powers of the Elvonian Zeto Crystal.
Siblex Zelinkom reigned Goldonia for two centuries as King Gromvir, and he reigned it well. He directed a shift among the dwarves to focus on commerce and industrialisation rather than warfare and family honour. While the strong gravity on Goldonia shortened his lifespan, his children continued his legacy. Eventually, Goldonia split up into a plethora of underground kingdoms. The dwarves helped the Zetans in the Multimillennial war, and they succumbed to Rangda’s maleficence during the Apocalyptic War.
Gaia and Areela settled on Earth, and they died together 40 years after Thorax’s defeat. They lived out their lives in sorrow. Gaia mourned the loss of her divinity, as she no longer could connect to her mother, The True Maker, and Areela was left feeling guilty over what happened with Thorax. They died together, Areela from cancer and Gaia from old age. The Zetan intervention in building the Garden of Eden helped Homo Sapiens to survive the Mount Toba Ice age and caused the Neanderthals to go extinct. Humanity helped the Zetans fight the Xenos in the Multimillennial War. They were the only species that didn’t succumb to Rangda Kaliankan’s malevolence in the Apocalyptic War.
Lieutenant Hadib Nabilom and his enforcers didn’t find any luck after they were sent to contact the orcs on Grashdung. They were captured by the orcish matriarchs and held as sex slaves. They succumbed after a short time due to exhaustion and the high sulphur content in Grashdung’s atmosphere. Their seed lived on, however, and their sons overthrew the matriarchy when they came of age. The orcs helped the Xenos and Rangda Kaliankan in the Multimillennial War and the Apocalyptic War.
The Xenos were unaffected by the Zeto Crystal in its pure state, and they kept living the nomadic and barbaric lifestyle they always had followed. However, they did fulfil Thorax’s ambition and built permanent settlements in the planet’s polar regions. However, The Xeno lifestyle changed 60 millennia later when a Zetan explorer Kalianka Durgan was betrayed and left for dead on the Xenora. This led to the birth of the evil Rangda Kaliankan, a half Zetan and half Xeno, a direct descendant of Thorax. With a burning desire for hatred and malevolence, Rangda came up with a plan to subjugate the Xenos, avenge her mother, and conquer the Milky Way Galaxy.
