The Foiled Plan: Chapter 35
‘You’re rather quiet today,’ he told her as the waiter brought the wine, filling his glass.
‘School’s been busy.’ She gave him a tight smile.
He knew she was about to graduate soon, and that meant his time was also running out. But he thrust the thought from his mind. It was neither the time nor the place to think about that.
He’d taken her to one of his favorite Italian restaurants in the area where he always had a semi-private table booked.
It was the first time he’d done so, but he found himself in a magnanimous mood that day. Spending time at the museum always made his spirits rise.
‘You’ll soon be done, right?’
She nodded, picking at her food. At least she wasn’t eating with the wrong fork—again. He was thankful their position avoided them too much attention.
‘What are your plans after?’ He attempted to make pleasant conversation.
‘I haven’t decided yet. I was accepted to a few colleges, but I’m still undecided.’
‘You don’t have anything you like?’
She shrugged.
‘I like a little bit of everything. But not everything likes me back.’
He blinked. Then he burst out into laughter.
‘I didn’t realize you had a hidden humorous side to you, pet,’ he chuckled.
‘It’s the truth,’ she muttered as she brought her chin down.
‘Nonsense. I can tell you something you’re very good at.’ His lips pulled into a dangerous smile.
She fluttered her lashes as she looked at him in confusion before awareness sunk in.
Two fingers up, he waved her towards him.
‘Now?’ Biting her lip, she looked around, worried someone might see her. ‘I’m not sure…’ she mumbled.
‘Come,’ his voice was rougher, more tense. ‘I want you to sit on my cock, pet,’ he told her as he leaned back, his eyes hooded as he waited for her next move.
‘But…’
‘Now,’ he commanded.
Like the good pet she was, she rose from her seat and came to his side.
Her lip between her teeth, she assessed him quietly for a second before she seated herself on his lap. The skirt of her dress was long, but she managed to arrange it on either side of him. He could feel her warmth through his pants, but he didn’t move a muscle. He waited for her to do everything—wanted her to do everything.
Legs forward, she brought her hands to her ass as she slowly shimmied her underwear down her legs, letting them drop under the table.
Then she paused.
‘What are you waiting for?’ He asked, his breath on her nape as he moved his mouth alongside the delicious curve of her neck.
She smelled delectably—a mix of jasmine and sandalwood. Fresh with hint of floral and so thoroughly her, the scent made him lose his mind, his cock hardening in his pants.
‘I want you to warm my cock while we eat, pet,’ he whispered in her ear. ‘Because that’s something you’re very good at,’ he murmured in a charming voice, and soon her inhibitions melted.
She gave a brisk nod as her small hands reached back to unzip his pants, cupping inside and taking his dick out. Flushed and breathing hard, she fumbled around as she raised her ass, positioning the tip of his cock at her entrance and lowering herself on it.
His eyes snapped closed. Groaning, he felt her wet channel engulf him, and she was wet—a surprise.
Wiggling on his cock until he was all the way inside her, she gasped. Her pouty lips parted, and a moan escaped her as she sought some relief against him.
‘Don’t,’ he warned. ‘Don’t move,’ his front met her back as his arm snaked around her waist, holding her in place. ‘You’re not fucking yourself on my cock, pet. You’re just warming it. Understand?’ He asked in a biting tone.
Her muscles were tense, but she nodded.
He liked her like this—squirming and uncomfortable. He knew she wanted to move. She wanted him to both fuck her and let her go.
Even now, while she enjoyed the feel of him inside her, mortification burned at her cheeks as she peered around.
But the world was oblivious to what was happening. To everyone else they were just a doting couple unable to keep their hands off each other, not at all a depraved spectacle waiting to be unleashed.
Soon, the server came around to bring them the main courses. True to his training, he didn’t bat an eye at the change in positions.
His pet kept her head down, embarrassed to be seen like that.
A plate was placed in front of them and he brought his hands around her, cutting into the steak and bringing a piece to her lips. He watched her closely, his intuition telling him something was wrong with her.
With trembling lips, she parted her mouth to take the piece of meat inside, chewing slowly, and swallowing even slower.
The next piece he brought to his own lips, giving her a small reprieve.
He kept alternating, one bite for her, one for him, all the while studying her and her reactions.
Every time she took a mouthful of steak, her walls clenched around him tighter. While he wasn’t moving inside her, he could feel every contraction and every slight pulsation in her womb. In a manner of speaking, he felt closer to her like this than he’d ever had.
‘You don’t like it?’ He asked after a while, noticing how hard it was for her to swallow.
After every bite, she took a sip of water, almost as if the meat got stuck in her throat and she needed to chase it down with some liquid.
‘I do,’ she answered softly, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear as she gave him a bashful smile.
Momentarily struck by the beauty of her profile, he felt his cock twitch, small spasms at the tip and moving down his shaft to his balls. He knew he wouldn’t last much longer, and the thought of filling her with his cum—sending her home with his cum dripping from her cunt—had never appealed more.
‘What’s wrong, pet? Why aren’t you eating properly then?’ he eventually asked, unable to believe the fact that he cared about her that way. Still, it unnerved him that she was suffering—or something akin to suffering—in silence. She was his, and as such it was his task to deal with everything that happened to her, good or bad.
He heard her swallow hard before taking a deep breath of air.
‘Speak,’ he said more forcefully. Based on her body language, he knew there was something wrong with her.
‘I think I’m pregnant,’ she said, the words low and full of trepidation.
‘What?’ He asked again, afraid he hadn’t heard her right.
‘I… I think I’m pregnant,’ she reiterated, turning slightly to gauge his reaction.
‘And why would you think that?’ He raised a brow.
‘My period hasn’t come in a couple of months and…’ She gulped down. ‘I’ve been feeling very tired and nauseous…’ she trailed off when she heard him swear under his breath.
The moment the news sunk in, however, his cock jerked inside her, cum shooting from the tip and into her already fertilized womb.
‘Motherfucker,’ he groaned, his arms coming around her and squeezing her tight as he breathed through his climax.
‘M—Michele?’ She asked in a worried whisper.
Positioning his hands on her ass, he moved her slightly, the added friction delicious as his cock spasmed inside her to completion.
‘We can’t be sure until you take a test,’ he told her on a ragged breath. ‘Then I’m taking you for a consultation,’ he added grimly as he got his bearings together.
He knew he needed to plan thoroughly in case she was in fact pregnant.
He’d never taken precautions with her—had never wanted to. Deep down, he’d known about this potential outcome, but he’d pushed it down and hoped for the best. Knowing he’d been her first, and with a clean history himself, he hadn’t wanted anything between them. More than anything, he couldn’t imagine sinking into her sweet pussy with a barrier separating him from feeling her.
But now, he was forced to reexamine his plans.
He could have forced her to take birth control. He could have done anything to ensure there would be no consequences. But he hadn’t.
As he looked into the terrified face of his pet, there was a side of him—one that needed to be squashed down—that wanted to take her in his arms and tell her everything would be ok. In an alternate dimension, he saw himself rejoicing at the news, leaning down to kiss her lids as he whispered sweet words in her ears.
Nevertheless, this was the reality he found himself in—the grim, bleak one he’d been forced into.
And so he told her the only thing he could bring himself to.
‘Go clean yourself.’
An hour later, back at his penthouse, he was leaning back against the cold bathroom wall, watching his pet fumble with the pregnancy test in her hands.
‘Faster,’ he barked the command, rolling his eyes at her.
He had a few more hours until she was due back at her house. And in that time, he intended to ascertain if she was or not pregnant. Because if she was… He needed to plan accordingly.
‘Can you…’ she stammered, looking between him and the toilet, ‘wait outside?’
‘There’s nothing I haven’t seen, pet. Go on, I’m waiting,’ he told her flippantly, staring at her through narrowed eyes.
Nearly overcome with shyness, she was slow in getting the test out of its box before taking a seat on the toilet.
Her head down, she fumbled with her dress as she stuck the stick between her legs. Soon, he could hear her peeing on it.
‘Done,’ she told him after she flushed and washed her hands, placing the test on the sink to wait for the allocated time.
‘Good,’ he nodded at her, waiting.
‘What will we do if I am pregnant?’ She asked as she bit on her lip.
He wanted to tell her there was no we, but he refrained. He would see to that later. His pet, though, had other plans as she went on.
‘We can get married before my family finds out, and I’m sure there won’t be any issue. I know they frown upon unmarried women having children, but…’
‘Is that what you think?’ He snapped, his eyes coldly assessing her. ‘That I’ll marry you?’
She blinked, shocked by his sudden outburst.
‘Well, yes,’ she said in a shaky voice. ‘We love each other, don’t we,’ she added in an unsure tone, her gaze skittering from him to the test.
‘We do,’ he tried to dial down on his anger. ‘But you know I’m not the marrying type, pet,’ he told her in a gentler tone.
‘But,’ she started, only to stop as the timer went off on her phone.
The time to find out the verdict had come.
With hesitant movements, she picked the test up, sliding the plastic down to look at the result.
‘Well?’ He tapped his foot impatiently, waiting her answer.
But her expression should have told him everything.
She went white, her pallor changing before his eyes.
‘Pregnant,’ she whispered.
‘Fuck,’ he cursed, bringing a hand to his forehead to massage his temples.
‘We can’t know for sure, though, right? These things aren’t one hundred percent reliable,’ she tried to comfort him.
‘Don’t move,’ he told her as he whipped out his phone, dialing one of his contacts.
He spoke fast, a barrage of orders coming out of his mouth as he made call after call until he managed to find what he was looking for.
‘Put your jacket on,’ he spared her a glance. ‘We’re going for a consultation.’
He didn’t tell her, though, that he’d managed to secure a consult in a seedy part of Brooklyn, since if she was pregnant, he wouldn’t miss taking care of the issue on the spot.
Michele could never let a child born to him to exist. Never. That would open a can of worms he didn’t think he could ever deal with—not with how unstable he already was. He was on the precipice. He knew it. As such, he had to tread carefully. Before he screwed everything up. Before he let years of planning go to waste…
His expression grim, he drove them to the underground cabinet, where a female doctor would see his pet. He might have nefarious intentions, but he wasn’t about to allow another male to defile his property—not while she was still his.
‘I’m sure it will be fine, right?’ his pet asked as he led her towards the decrepit building that housed a state-of-the-art clinic.
‘Of course,’ he lied. ‘We will take care of it.’
Dr. Ryan worked at one of his private hospitals and she answered directly to him. He knew she would deal with everything efficiently and without much fuss.
They walked inside, passing by a few offices as they headed to the basement.
‘This isn’t a normal hospital, is it?’ she asked, moving closer to him as her hand went to his arm, holding for support.
‘No. But it is secure,’ he told her in a bored tone.
Since he’d heard the news that she might be pregnant, something had shifted inside of him. His reactions were erratic and he couldn’t trust himself anymore.
At random moments, he found himself pleasantly surprised by the news as he conjured scenarios of his pet with a baby in her arms. The image, he found, wasn’t as horrible as he would have thought. In fact, one might say it even made him warm…
But there was also his default setting, and he saw the situation for what it truly was—a disaster. And he couldn’t allow it to continue.
Knocking on the door of the cabinet, he ushered his pet inside.
Relatively clean compared to the rest of the building, the cabinet was fully equipped to deal with every issue.
‘This is Dr. Ryan.’ He waved towards the middle aged woman currently assessing his pet curiously.
‘Pleased to meet you,’ his pet extended a hand.
‘How old is she?’ the woman asked in a harsh tone.
‘Eighteen,’ she answered, her voice tentative as she took in the woman’s unyielding features.
Dr. Ryan grunted, instructing his pet to change into a medical gown before lying on the bed. Dragging a heavy machine towards her, she uncovered her smooth stomach, layering it with some type of gel.
She didn’t look pregnant. She looked just as slim as she always did, and he was intimately acquainted with every inch of her body.
Maybe it was a false positive and he wouldn’t have to do anything.
That’s what he convinced himself as his pet beckoned him closer, taking his hand in hers and giving him a small smile—one that hit him straight to the chest, nonetheless.
She was beautiful. She’d always been beautiful, but today, in that moment, he found her most beautiful. He didn’t know what it was about her now that made him regard her so. And for a moment, his gaze on hers, hers on his, time stood still. He could see every small mark on her face, the defining mole on the tip of her nose, the flecks of green in her brown eyes.
‘It will be ok,’ he found himself saying in an effort to comfort her.
She nodded, her spirits lifted by his words, and suddenly, she brought his hand to her mouth, laying a kiss to his knuckles.
Michele went still, shock coursing through his veins at the action. It was just one peck, but there was so much gentleness and emotion in that action that he felt himself reeling. He felt his entire world shift.
‘I love you,’ she told him, the adoration in her eyes reaching new heights as she placed all her trust in him, her words of affirmation more potent than ever.
Whereas before he’d been satisfied at hearing the word love from her mouth, now it was different. He felt it. Which in itself was wrong, since he never felt.
‘I love you too,’ he returned the words, and her smile grew bigger under his eyes. Belatedly, he realized the lie didn’t burn on his tongue any longer. It didn’t…
‘Let’s see what we have,’ Dr. Ryan interrupted, bringing the machine to his pet’s side and gliding a stick on her stomach.
A few seconds passed before an image appeared on the monitor.
And a heartbeat.
His eyes widened.
His pet was shocked.
‘Yes, we have a heartbeat. And judging by the size,’ the Dr. went on, pointing to various things on the screen, ‘I’d say she is about ten weeks pregnant. You’ll soon start showing,’ she told his pet.
His pet barely nodded, her eyes glued to the screen and the tiny dot on it.
Their baby.
He couldn’t believe it. He looked and looked, yet he couldn’t help the shudder that went down his body.
Unable to deal, he disentangled himself from her as he lit a cigarette, his foot tapping against the floor in anxious impatience. Taking a deep drag, he felt the initial burn down his throat, the specific lightheadedness as his entire body went numb. Still, he couldn’t shake the foreign feeling that overcame him.
‘It’s our baby, Michele,’ she told him gently, and as he swung his gaze to her, it was to find a wholly different expression on her face than he’d ever expected—than he’d ever seen. There were tears at the corners of her eyes—not of sorrow, but of happiness.
The more she looked at the screen, the more her face changed under his eyes. A happiness he hadn’t known her capable of suffused her features. A love he hadn’t dared hope for was evident in her visage.
And he didn’t know how to deal.
He tapped his foot with increased urgency as he continued to smoke his cigarette, his mind working around different scenarios and finding he did not like any.
‘I can’t believe this. We’re going to be parents…’ she breathed in awe.
They weren’t going to be anything. She wasn’t going to be anything.
He couldn’t allow it—now more than ever.
The thought of that child—of his child—coming into this vile world terrified him. He would be defenseless against the dangers out there, and if Michele couldn’t protect him—protect them—then…
The possibilities were endless. And in that split second he saw it all. He saw the potential happiness. But he also saw the never-ending anguish. The pain that would truly end him.
He couldn’t trust his mind anymore. Not when it was going into overdrive with all the things he wanted to do. He had brief moments when he saw the walls of the cabinet painted red, blood dripping from the ceiling as he pulled that little creature from her womb with his own two hands.
His body was shaking, his head pounding.
‘Get rid of it,’ he ordered flippantly, his eyes on Dr. Ryan.
Always the professional, she just nodded.
‘Get… rid…’ his pet repeated, pulling herself in a sitting position and grabbing at his sleeves. ‘What do you mean?’ She asked in such a soft voice, he almost didn’t hear her.
‘You can’t be pregnant, pet,’ he turned to her, regarding her with a blank expression. ‘You’re going to get that little shit out of your body and we can continue as we were.’
She shook her head, her eyes wide with horror.
‘No,’ the word escaped her lips as she scrambled back. ‘You can’t do this. It’s our child, Michele. Our baby,’ she kept on blabbering, but it didn’t have any effect on him. Not when he shut himself so thoroughly, any humanity he might have possessed locked so tightly away, he could barely recognize his own self.
‘So?’ He raised a brow. ‘I don’t need a child. You don’t need one either, pet,’ he tried to reason with her. ‘You’re eighteen. What are you going to do with a child? I sure as fuck am not marrying you, so you’ll have everyone shame you for being an unwed mother, just like you said,’ he continued.
She flinched, looking as if he’d just slapped her.
In the meantime, Dr. Ryan was sitting by the sidelines, watching the interaction unfold.
‘Please don’t do this,’ his pet whispered, getting off the table with hurried movements and tripping in the process.
To her knees, she dragged herself to his feet, her hands going to his shirt.
‘Please don’t do this,’ she repeated, tears coursing down her face.
He looked at her and found himself split in two. There was the unfeeling side of him that couldn’t care less about the display, but there was also another side of him. One that he didn’t want to dwell on because it made his chest hurt. The unfeeling one won as he slapped her hands aside.
Falling on her ass, she looked numbly at him.
‘He’s going, pet. End of discussion,’ he said, shrugging and keeping on his mask of indifference.
‘No,’ she shook her head. ‘You can’t do this, Michele. It’s our child,’ she cried out.
‘So you want it?’ he asked skeptically.
She immediately nodded.
‘You want to have a child that even his father won’t recognize? You want to be called a whore by everyone around because you were dumb enough to let someone come inside you without protection? Is that what you want, pet?’ His voice was stable as he set his icy glare on her.
She froze at his questions, slowly raising her head to look at him.
‘Is that… Is that what you think of me?’ she whispered, her voice soft and hopeless.
He nodded dispassionately.
‘And it’s what everyone will think too. You think they won’t badmouth you? Talk about what a slut you are? The world isn’t a kind place, pet.’
‘We can… We can get married. Then no one would talk, right?’ she asked the question, though she knew the answer.
‘You know I won’t marry you,’ he told her.
‘But you love me,’ she said numbly.
‘Not enough to marry you, pet,’ his voice was cold, his words cruel. ‘I just love to fuck you,’ he told her squarely. ‘But you’re not good for that either, are you? You had to get pregnant and ruin everything.’
‘Ruin everything?’ She frowned, confused.
‘We can still go back to how we were. You just need to get rid of that shit inside of you, you get me?’
She blinked, her eyes on him.
One second. Two seconds.
‘I see,’ she finally said.
A smile probed at his lips. He knew his pet would see reason.
‘Good. Dr. Ryan can perform the procedure right away and then you can go home. Just like nothing happened.’
‘Just like nothing happened,’ she nodded like a broken machine.
His brows pinched in concentration as he studied her. Something wasn’t quite right, but he couldn’t understand what.
‘You can proceed,’ he told Dr. Ryan as he leaned back against the wall and popped another cigarette in his mouth.
‘I don’t want you here,’ his pet said in an icy voice, slowly turning to him. ‘You’ve made your choice. At least let me bear this in peace.’
Surprise enveloped him at her tone. She’d never spoken to him like that before.
But just as he was about to reply, Dr. Ryan interjected.
‘You should wait outside,’ she pursed her lips. ‘We need a sterile environment, and you’re clearly not helping,’ she told him as she practically ushered out of the room.
