chapter 90: No one told her.
"P-patay... n-na siya? P-paanong..." She couldn't believe it. She felt something hit her chest hard and affected her breathing. Her mind is screaming. No! "Why didn't I even know he was gone? Why haven't I even heard of it? No one even told me he's gone..." Vladimyr uttered with disappointment and grief.
She couldn't believe what Lucien had said, she didn't want to believe it. Not, until she saw sorrowful tears fall from his eyes.
Those news immediately brought destruction to her soul, to her heart and to her only hope that one day she will meet her beloved Luvien again. He will have a chance to meet his children, the twins. And they can live together. That's her great wish. To let the twin meet their father. But now the only wish she had will never come true.
She thought then, when they met the Luvien she knew, it can lessened her worries for her children. If her time comes, she's gone. At least she can reassure the safety of the twin. But no.
Noah was there for Cadiz. Leon for Charlie. And Ethan for Grusia. What about the twins? How can she tell them that their father is gone?
"No... It's not true..." Vladimyr mumbles, trying not to believe what she heard but when she looked up at Lucien. His eyes it's real.
Vladimyr stood up, gathering all her strength and stares at the man in front of her.
"Take me to him..." Vladimyr said boldly while staring straight into Lucien's eyes. "Vlad..."
"I said take me wherever he is now, if he is in the cemetery. I want... I want to see proof that you're not fooling me." Vlad said, full of determination in her eyes.
Lucien did nothing but agree to Vladimyr's wishes. He worries about her. He wanted to avoid stressing her out because he was afraid she might bleed again. Filled with disappointment, he nodded, then looked at Vladimyr.
"Okay... I will... I will take you to him." Lucien replied reluctantly.
"Please baby... I'm begging you to calm yourself down. I'm so sorry but believe me or not, I love you so much. On all those lies, all the love I have shown. That is all true.
"I don't care about your feelings. I didn't even suspect you that you're not real. I have already accepted your changes."

"I thought it was natural for a person to change as they grow for years. But, it seems like I'm wrong. You are not him. That's why there's a great difference between you and him. So shut your f*cking mouth and take me to where the real Luvien is..." Vlad commanded Lucien like with the cold and supremacy in her tone. Her eyes flaring with controlled rage.
Lucien's shoulder fell after hearing those heart crushing words from Vladimyr.
Wearing a simple gypsophila print in lavender color dress that Luvien loves. She remembers that he loves the gypsophila flower. Because of its own timid beauty like her. Her beauty is timid but can surface the other flower's beauty. The next morning, they travel from Southland to the country of Spain, using Lucien's private plane. Along with some of her trusted men and assistants.
Inside the black BMW, their car entered a quiet grave. Many tombstones are lying on the flat surface of the ground. The grass was perfectly trimmed. There are marble tombstones, but the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. There are concrete crosses lined up neatly and some statues of angels and Saints in every corner of the cemetery.
Vladimyr got out of the car when it stopped on the side of the road next to Lucien's car. She didn't wait for him to open the door for her. She is still angry.
"Follow me." Lucien said after Vlad got out of the car. She is still quiet and doesn't even give him a glance. Which made Lucien hurt even more.
In front of the white cross, below, is the black marble tomb. Engraved with a gold familiar name.
Vladimyr couldn't hold the pain any longer, after seeing the name on the tombstone. She wobbled and fell on her knees as tears flowed down her cheeks. Staring at the most precious name in her heart, her hands clenched tightly as she felt her heart going to burst.
Vlad felt something stuck in her throat that made it difficult for her to breathe while tracing the name on the stone.
"Luvien ..." she mumbles between her sobs. She was trying to hold her grief that moment, but the pain she felt was extreme.
"W-why, didn't you just tell me? Why Luvien? Why did you leave me without even telling me the truth? I thought you were just staying in some country... I thought there was still hope to see you. You didn't even tell me ... " Vladimyr held his breath, trying to suppress her pain. "I miss you so much, do you know that? I miss you... Luvien."
"Luvien!" Vladimyr wept bitterly that her chest could no longer bear the pain. The fact that there was no hope that she would ever meet the man she had been waiting for.
"Lucien! Why did you leave me? Why?"
Vlad's cry echoes the whole area of the cemetery. The wind blew coldly, embracing Vladimyr who was now laying on the niche, tracing Luvien's name. As if he was trying to sympathize with the heaviness of Vladimyr's heart. Vlad let herself cry all the grief in her heart. Calling her beloved man's name bitterly.
Lucien couldn't stop himself from crying as he saw Vladimyr sobbing in front of his brother's grave. He had no idea that this was the effect of Luvien's loss to Vladimyr. Even though he was hurt. Sympathy prevailed in his heart. They both love Luvien, and they also both love Vladimyr.
He knew that his twin also loved him so he left the woman he loved the most to him not to get revenge. But to take care. If he had only known right away, they wouldn't have reached this point. If he hadn't pretended, they might have been better now. Now he has great remorse because the pain he wanted to make Vladimyr feel, backfires to him with greater pain.
Lucien carefully knelt beside Vladimyr and courageously embraced her in his arms. He wanted to make her feel he was there. He's still there for Vlad. And he wanted to convey that he regretted the secrecy and pretense he had done to her. That he regrets everything he did.
