Chapter Embracing destiny (aurora’s pov)
Greed led me into what resembled a conference room, its surroundings shrouded in an air of secrecy. My eyes took in the mysterious surroundings, and I couldn't help but feel a mixture of curiosity and apprehension. Turning to him, I voiced my thoughts, "So, you're telling your brothers about us?"
A smile played upon Greed's lips as he met my gaze. "Yes," he confirmed, his voice a reassuring anchor amidst the unknown. He elaborated, explaining how his brothers had sensed the moment I became bound to him, a connection that transcended the boundaries between our worlds.
His words offered a semblance of comfort, but my mind was still abuzz with questions. He sensed my uncertainty and offered further reassurance, assuring me that his brothers posed no threat to me. In fact, he framed them as a newfound family, a notion that was both unexpected and overwhelming.
Greed's eyes bore into mine with a mixture of tenderness and determination. "You're family now," he affirmed, his words echoing with sincerity. He continued, explaining that he was merely introducing me to his brothers so they could become acquainted with the face that had captured his attention.
The weight of his words settled upon me—a human among demons, bound to one of the seven deadly sins. It was a reality that defied logic and reason, yet in his gaze, I found a promise of protection and belonging that defied the darkness that surrounded us.
As we stood there, on the precipice of meeting his brothers, I couldn't shake the feeling that our journey was far from over. The shadows of the underworld held secrets and complexities that were yet to be unveiled, and in the midst of it all, Greed was my anchor—a beacon of light in the darkness that had become my world as his brothers came into the room i took a look at my new family each sin carring a power of there own a melody that has yet to be played but as for greed his string is mine to play for i am his musician and he is my muse. END OF GREEDS STORY.
