She used to think that he was a gentle superior. He was strict at work, but on the inside. he seemed caring.
He was gentle and patient with Freddy. He would never scold him harshly.
At once. Larssa remembered Freddy's odd mannerisms, as well as the time he ran away from home.
She trembled.
Allen had always been abusing him.
What a beastl
Their footsteps gradually faded away. Allen's roars and Freddy's sobs soon died down.
Allen
Allen opened a door. She heard someone's voice.
However, they were too far away for her to hear what they were saying,
Not long after, the voices grew in volume.
"Larissa! Larissa!"
Larissa could hear those words clearly.
It was Lewis! He was here to save her!
Larissa was overjoyed. She thumped the floor with all her might to draw their attention.
"I'm here, Lewis! In the attic on the third floor! Save me
His harried footsteps drew closer. They finally stopped beneath the attic.
"Who's in there?" a stranger asked in Aldoviar.
Allen answered in a panic, "My wife."
Larissa immediately screamed in Aldovian. "I'm not his wife! I've been kidnapped! Please, get me out!"
The stranger's volce grew harsher. "Open the door!"
"She really is my wile. We just had a lover's spat. That's why she's lying to you," Allen lied. "You can ask my son if you want.
"Freddy! Come here!" he yelled.
"Officer, my cousin is locked up in the attic. It doesn't matter what their relationship is. This is abuse." Compared to Allen's panic, Lewis was much calmer, 'Open the door. Let my cousin go" The officer commanded, "Open the door!"
Allen lied, "I don't have the keys."
"Where is it?" the officer asked.
"I don't know where they're gone." Allen dug out all of his pockets to show them. "They were right here before."
Lewis pushed him away. "Tuck oli!"
Then, he started climbing up the stairs. With his own elbows, he began knocking down the fragile wooden door.
"Hang in there, Larissa! I'm coming!" he said to her through the door.
Larissa wiped off the tears on her face and choked out. "I'm line, don't you worry!"
"Do you need this? Freddy appeared below the attic.
He opened his hand in front of everyone.
Allen's pupils constricted, and his expression grew wild.
"Where did you find this key? He glared at Freddy, looking fearsome.
Freddy instinctively retracted his hand and stepped back.
The officer caught his wrist just in time and look the key out from his palm.
"Thanks, kid," The officer gave him a warm smile and put the key into Lewis' hands.
