Chapter 4: I'm done
The next morning Callum wakes up blinking, the sun shining through his blinds. He looks over to see a sleeping, Angela.
Fuck he curses internally; he fell asleep after they went at it for two hours. He made it a habit of never allowing women to stay the night ,in fact in the two years they have been dating this was only the third time Angela has been in his room.
Carefully slipping out of the bed he walks into his ensuite, stepping under the hot water he cleans his body, as he finishes washing his hair he jumps when he feels two arms wrapping around his waist.
" You should have woken me up " she complains. Turning to look as her, he rolls his eyes, opens the shower door and steps out, grabbing a towel he walks out the bathroom.
As he's pulling on his jeans the door opens, a very pissed Angela stomps over to him.
With hands on hips, she starts yelling in his face.
" What the fuck is your problem Callum huh?" She starts shrieking, he can feel a headache coming on.
"If you didn't want me here, why did you drag me upstairs and have sex with me".
Enough, he has had enough of her, her voice, her attitude towards anyone she deems beneath her, the constant whining it's got to end and today.
He has let it slide for far too long, no more he is finished.
Turning he looks her in the eye " you want to know the truth huh" he challenges her " I'm fucking done, do you hear me. I'm over your bullshit, the constant bitching, I'm finished we're over, now get the fuck out of my house !!" with one last look he grabs his jacket and walks out.
Angela stands there utterly mortified, how dare he speak to her like that, who the fuck did he think he was, she would say when it was over, if Callum Inconeti thought he'd seen the last of her he was sorely mistaken.
Later that morning:,
Walking into school Callum can't believe how free and light he is feeling, like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders.
Heading towards his locker he groans, leaning against the wall is the last person he feels like dealing with, her head shooting up as he approaches. " Oh Callum, thank God I have been waiting for you " he looks at this person he has spent the last two years with , yes, they had fun but now can't see why he stuck around so long.
"What do you want Angie" he opens his locker, taking his books out.
" You silly bunny, I want you " she says, he turns to look at this person staring up at him, with a look of what, he can't quite decipher.
He turns to leave when a hand stops him, he turns back to see Angela with a scowl on her face, " where are you going? I thought we could walk to class together baby", are you fucking shitting me, he thinks to himself, has the world gone fucking crazy!
Looking her directly in the eye he grits out " were you not there when I ended our relationship this morning", she looks up at him with a look of surprise, " keep your voice down Callum, people will start to think we've broken up ", omg this bitch " WE HAVE BROKEN UP , ARE YOU FUCKING DEAF?" everything goes quiet , turning around he sees people staring , to his left he catches the look of a certain girl peering at him with a look of surprise on her face.
He hears a shriek behind him followed by the clickety clack of heels running off, with a shrug he closes his locker heading off to his first class.
Sierra:
Oh my god what just happened, the golden couple have finally split up, although she knows Angela isn't going to just lay down and quit easily, grabbing her books she turns and walks off only to run into someone, " oh shit I'm so sorry " a quiet voice apologizes, she looks at the face of an unfamiliar girl.
"Oh, it's my fault I should watch where I'm going " she says to the girl, " you must be new I don't remember seeing you around" the other girl giggles at this " yes it's my first day, I'm Trudi Makenzie and I'm terribly lost" she says with a blush of embarrassment on her pretty face.
Sierra smiles brightly " well I'm honoured to be your tour guide" the two girls walk off, Sierra thinking happily that she could have made a friend, things may be finally looking up.
