Chapter 45
Chapter 2
I remembered clearly that on Valentine's Day in my previous life, Liam brought me to meet his friends. Knowing I was allergic to flowers, he gave me a gold necklace instead of flowers. But Liam was always generous, ordering a large bouquet of roses for each of his friends.
At the end of the gathering, when Liam went to see off the other friends, Aria saw me sitting alone in the corner and walked over with a concerned look.
She hugged the bouquet of roses, seemingly unintentionally showing off to me.
"Liam really doesn't get it."
"He gave flowers to all of us, but none for you, his actual girlfriend?"
As she spoke, Aria smiled and held out the flowers to me.
"He's clueless, so I'll give you these flowers for him. Don't be mad at him, okay?"
Aria's eyes looked pure and sincere as she smiled.
In my previous life, I thought Aria didn't know about my flower allergy.
Not wanting to reject her kindness, I accepted them.
I planned to set them aside once she left.
Holding them for just a moment shouldn't cause much trouble.
But unexpectedly, Aria casually plucked a rose from the bouquet and shoved it right under my nose. "Smell it, isn't it fragrant?"
That day, my allergies flared up severely. Before Aria even left, I was rushed to the hospital.
Later, Aria stood by, flustered and full of remorse, explaining, "I'm so sorry, Olivia. I didn't know you were allergic to flowers."
At that time, I still thought she was a nice girl and forgave her without thinking much of it.
Unfortunately, I only now realize.
From the very beginning, Aria was pure, unadulterated malice.
