Kayla stared wide–eyed in disbelief, thinking she must have misheard.

“Yes,” Matthew replied in front of all the guests. “Your daughter, Felicia.”

He used the term “your daughter“, implying that Matthew only recognized Felicia’s status as Dexter and Myra’s daughter.
