Harry had not expected Julia to respond online, nor had he foreren Rose shifting the blame onto her. Rose's actions had stirred up trouble, catching the attention of Lucia, which led to her barrage of early morning calls to him. With a tense expression. Harry dialed Julia's number.
At that moment, Julia was doing her makeup, buzzing with excitement about her upcoming job interview. The prospect of landing a job filled her with a joy she couldn't hide-it was her chance to step out of Harry's shadow. Harry frowned when the call went unanswered, Glancing at the clock, he assumed Julia was still asleep. He knew well she could sleep through anything.
After seeing the harsh comments directed at Julia online, Harry managed to keep his anger in check as he went downstairs.
Arya was in the kitchen preparing soup. She looked up at him with concern. "Harry, you look angry. What's wrong?"
"There are some urgent issues I need to deal with, Harry replied, trying to keep his tone even.
Arya approached him cautiously. "Is it because Lucia knows about us? Is she making things difficult for you?"
"It's not about you," Harry reassured her, gently patting her head. Don't worry about it. Just focus on your health. I'll handle everything.
Arya felt reassured by Harry's words, but a trace of anxiety lingered. "Harry, if you're staying with me, aren't you worried Mrs. Wright might tell Lucia about it?"
Arya knew the moment Lucia found out about her and Harry living together, Lucia would intervene decisively. "Don't worry. She won't do that," Harry assured Arya with confidence, but his certainty seemed to unsettle her. Arya couldn't fathom why Harry trusted Julia so deeply. Julia and Harry's relationship was nothing more than a facade, a fact Arya had
been aware of from the beginning. She hadn't given much thought to Julia before, but Harry's steadfast faith in Julia now sparked a twinge of worry.
Arya managed a weak smile. "If you trust Mrs. Wright, then I guess I should too. I know you won't leave me." She nestled closer into Harry's chest. "I could let go of anything, Harry, but never you, Harry" Harry gently patted Arya's shoulder, tasted the soup she had lovingly made, and then left.
Meanwhile, Julia was probably just stirring from her sleep. Harry continued to try reaching her, but once again, his calls went unanswered. 'You really can sleep through anything, Julia he bellowed inwardly.
Growing frustrated, Harry made his way to the office. His secretary observed him persistently trying to contact Julia. If one call was missed, he immediately tried another. Despite his efforts, Julia didn't pick up any of his calls. "Check on what Julia's doing at home, Harry instructed his secretary. "And I need some dirt on Rose."
Rose had claimed to be pregnant with his child to confront Julia only to be dismissed by Lucia. Yet, Rose remained undeterred, eager to stir up more trouble for Julia, even resorting to inciting online harassment against Julia. While Julia could withstand the onslaught, Harry found it unbearable. He thought Rose was asking for trouble.
Julia noticed her phone was flooded with missed calls from Harry, causing her a twinge of concern. She wondered why Harry was calling her repeatedly in the morning. She was thankful to have a job interview lined up for this morning. otherwise, Harry's persistent calls mig Muttering under her breath, Julia dialed Harry back. phone.
""What's up?" she asked casually.
"Why weren't you answering?" Harry's tone was full of anger.
Julia paused, reflecting on the intensity of Harry's reaction. That made sense. No one dared to ignore his calls, let alone provoke him into calling over and over.

Suppressing a smirk, Julia cleared her throat to mask her amusement. "I was driving and had my phone on silent. Didn't see your calls. What's so urgent?"
"Don't worry about Rose. I've got it under control," Harry said.
"You called all these times just to say that?" Julia was genuinely taken aback. "Harry, are you out of your mind, or am I still half asleep
Harry's expression darkened. Just then, his secretary entered the room, caught the tail end of his grim mood, and tiptoed around him, careful not to set off his temper.
"It was my mother who called me about it," Harry explained, quickly mastering his emotions. After a moment, he looked more composed. This whole mess blew up because you didn't deal with it properly,"
Harry was implying he was protecting Julia because she hadn't done her job well.
"What? Are you serious? At least it wasn't my fault to get Rose pregnant," Julia said as she expertly parked her car.
It was surprising that even after being blacklisted, Rose would still try to stage a miscarriage scandal.
Julia grabbed her documents from the passenger seat, stepped out of the car, and headed toward the office building. "Harry, if you weren't a playboy, I wouldn't have to constantly clean up your messes. At the end of the day, this is on you."
"I called to tell you I'll handle the situation with Rose. And as for Arya, I'm reminding you again-don't mess up. You know what will happen if my mother finds out," he warned.
"Alright, alright, I get it. If you don't want me involved, I'll stay out of it. It's none of my business anyway. Frankly, I hope you two settle down soon so I can be free of this sooner. Julia abruptly ended the call, kicked a pebble in frustration, and muttered, "What a jerk!" She wondered why trouble always found her. Despite her efforts to lead a simple life, Harry always seemed to drag her into chaos. And frustratingly, she couldn't just walk away from him.
This was the first time Julia had ever hung up on Harry. He was taken aback and stared at his phone in disbelief until his secretary cautiously broke his reverie.
"Are you seeking freedom from our marriage, Julia?" he asked inwardly. 'Do you know how many women would dream of taking your place? You stupid woman!" "Did you find out anything?" he asked.
"Mrs. Wright received an interview invitation from Cooper Group this morning and should be on her way there now," the secretary replied.
all for
Earlier, Julia had mentioned she was driving, not deliberately ignoring his calls to sleep in. It turned out it was all for an interview.
Harry smirked. "What about the dirt on Rose?"
"Here are all the shady dealings Rose has been involved in since her career began." the secretary handed some files to Harry
