“Alright, then we’re off to sleep. You should go to bed early too,” Gloria said, as she and Daniel went upstairs.
After they left, Nicole, Jared, Nolan, and Lana also went to their rooms.
Only Stanley and Tia were still in the living room. Stanley, holding Tia’s hand, said, “You must be tired after today.” “Not really,”
Tia answered, blushing a little as she looked down.
“Then... should we head to bed?” “Yeah.”
Holding hands, they gently walked up the stairs to their bedroom.
The next day dawned bright and sunny, and everyone got up as usual and gathered in the dining room.
The only new thing was that Tia was now officially part of the family.
“Stanley, when is your flight? Do you have enough time?” Gloria asked.
“We have lots of time. Our flight isn’t early, so we’re not in a hurry,” Stanley answered.
“Good, then have breakfast and prepare to leave,” Gloria said, relieved.
Stanley nodded, “Tia has already packed everything, Mom, don’t worry.”
Gloria smiled at Tia, “I feel so much better now. With Tia by your side, I really don’t worry about you anymore.”
Tia humbly replied, “I just help out with little things.” “Don’t downplay it. I know you’ll look after him well,” Gloria told her, then
reminded Stanley, “And you, make sure to look after Tia too.” “Of course, I know,” Stanley promised.
“Uncle Stanley, how long will you be gone?” Lana asked.
“About a month, or maybe longer,” Stanley replied with a smile.
“Then you’ll bring US gifts, right?” her eyes shone with anticipation.
The family laughed and reassured her, “Don’t worry, there will definitely be gifts.”
After breakfast, Nicole and Jared took Nolan and Lana to the kindergarten.

Stanley and Tia, having packed their luggage, then left for the airport.
“Finally, one less thing to worry about,” Gloria said, watching them go with a sense of relief.
“I’m not tired. I enjoy doing these things,” Gloria said proudly.
Indeed, she would feel more tired without such engagements to occupy her.
Meanwhile, after dropping Nolan and Lana at the kindergarten, Nicole and Jared headed toward Riddle Corporation.
Leaning back in her seat, Nicole looked at Jared and said, “Seeing Stanley and Tia getting married, I suddenly find myself
looking forward to our wedding.”
The thought hadn’t occupied her mind much before, but the excitement of the previous day sparked anticipation in her.
