Moonlit Betrayal (Alpha Rick)

Chapter 9 

“Find the corpse–shead first before giving me the truth of it!” Rick said angrily, then he got out of the office. Xavier absolutely didn’t dare to rebel, so he went back to the autopsy room and told the team about the Alpha‘ s While the forensic and the patrol team was busy with the case, Rick came back to the cottage where Lousiana lived. Since Rick came without notice, Louisiana was shocked and asked, “Why… why do you come back?”

I, as a third–wheel between the two, felt something fishy about Lousiana. When our boyfriend came, we should be happy. But why did Louisiana look so nervous and like she was hiding something?

Rick was silent for a moment, then realizing if her thigh was smooth without a scar. “Your scars have been healed.” 

“That… um, yeah, the tattoo that Daisy gave me is invisible now. 

The tattoo I gave, you said? That was the tattoo you made yourself! 

“But I remember that it’s still visible last night,” Rick couldn’t help exclaimed. 

“You know, I love seeing you worry about me, so I exaggerated a little first. Besides, Daisy isn’t that strong, so I was only slightly injured,” Lousiana said calmly with smile on her lips. 

“You did it on purpose? You don‘ t know how much I hate Daisy because of that, Lousi.” 

Lousiana was shocked to see Rick‘ s response. 

“Look at this.” Rick showed the emblem he brought from the forensic lab. “Is this yours?” 

“Oh my Goddess, where did you find it?‘ 

“On the forensic lab, together with the Rough and Daisy’s dismemberment body,” Rick said coldly. 

When she heard that, Louisiana immediately tried to run away, but it was too late. The truth had been exposed and the deception laid bare for all to see. Then, Xavier and his team rushed in to apprehend her and search the entire contents of the room.
