Mercy

Nikolai and Dimitri were shuffling around in the back patio in a nervous manner the next night. Dimitri stumbling as he carried some candles and Nikolai muttering as he tried to find the right kind of music. Anna watched the two dominating males act like little high school teenagers as they figure out how to woo a woman. It was kind of hilarious to watch.

Roza will be down any minute now with the assumption that there was going to be a grill out but Anna knew the truth and was absolutely delighted to be the conveyor in message.

“Women.” Dimitri muttered as he sat the candle down on the round table. “Can’t they be happy with just roses and chocolate?”

Anna cleared her throat and threw Dimitri a mean look with her hands propped on her hips. “Excuse me?”

Nikolai glanced up at the couple. Dimitri chuckled uneasily as he answered his mate. “I mean, I will do anything for you, sweetheart.”

“Uh huh.” She clicked her tongue and narrowed her eyes at him. She heard him perfectly well. She thinks Nikolai was being very romantic. He went out of his way to do something for Roza. She knew that this was completely out of Nikolai’s element. He didn’t know what he was doing.

“So that’s what mating life will be after a few years.” Nikolai stated.

“You have no idea.” Dimitri whispered.

“I heard it.” Anna snapped. Dimitri threw his mate an apologetic look before turning to Nikolai.

“Alright, I think I helped you long enough. Anna looks like she is going to snap my neck if I don’t go and coddle her.”

“How do you know?” Nikolai glanced behind at an Anna who was busy putting the finishing touches of flowers around the patio railing.

“It’s that look! The look that tells me I better suck up and do something good or I’ll get it.”

“There is a look like that?” Nikolai asked chuckling.

“You know!” Dimitri whispered urgently to Nikolai. “The one where her eyes nearly disappears as she narrows her eyes at me and her lips thin to the point where I barely see her lips!”

Nikolai chuckled even more and Dimitri groaned. “I’m done. You are on your own. Helping you right now probably gave my mate a few things to talk to me about.”

“Like what?”

“Like how I can be a better mate by showering her with my affection. What more does she want? I give it to her every-”

“DIMITRI!” Anna snapped, her eyes narrowed into slits.

Nikolai saw the look and knew exactly what his friend meant.

“You two can go.” Nikolai ordered.

Nikolai listened as Dimitri coddled his way with Anna, begging her to listen to him. Dimitri never sucks up to anyone but his mate and Nikolai chuckled at his friend’s reaction. When they disappeared from sight, he placed the last finishing touch on the table before waiting. He stood facing the door.

A few minutes later the door opened and Roza stepped out dressed in a flow-y flower-y black skirt that reached mid-thigh. She wore a white blouse on top that accentuated her figure. She was breathtakingly beautiful. Her eyes took in the work that Nikolai did before landing on him.

“What is this?” She asked as she walked up to him. “Where’s everybody?”

“I lied.” He said and she frowned even more. “I mean, I lied that there was going to be a grill party tonight.”

“So it is just the two of us?” She questioned.

She glanced around the place; light fixtures were hung up around the patio and freshly picked flowers tied around the railings. She glanced back at him and he arched an eyebrow.

“Do you like it?” He asked.

She glanced around and when she looked back at him she smiled brightly. “Its beautiful.”

He was happy at her answer. Leading her to sit he opened her plate of food before opening his. She laughed a little when she saw what was on the plate. He smiled sheepishly.

“Mac n’ cheese. Its all I knew how to make.” He mumbled a blush forming on his cheeks.

Roza laughed. “It smells delicious.”

And she meant it. What mattered to her was that he took the effort to make her happy. After eating the mac n’ cheese, Nikolai slid over a little box he had hiding behind the flower vase on the table. She looked up at him in surprise.

“What is this?” She picked up the square box.

“I know it is not custom for us to provide rings but uh-” Nikolai seemed to have lost all his confidence tonight. He can’t seem to utter a single sentence without stuttering.

She opened up and a beautiful intricately diamond ring glistened under the small lighting. It was beautiful and his gesture to her was overwhelming.

He stood up from his chair and walked around to her side of the table. Dropping down on one knee he took the ring from her finger and held it up to her as he spoke. His eyes held so much love and dedication. His bond to her was strong and opened. He was lying himself bare to her.

“I promise to love, protect, and care for you until my last breath. I vow to you that in my eyes and in my heart there will only be you that will own everything of me. Roza, I am an Alpha and have never fallen to my knees for anyone but I will do it for you in a heartbeat. I will always be at your mercy, since the moment I met you you have shown me just how beautiful life can be with you.” He spoke.

Roza was absolutely in love with him. She was captivated by his honesty and his words. He didn’t need to say anything more. Happy tears ran down her cheek. He moved one hand to wipe them away before cupping her cheek--caressing it gently.

“моя луна(my moon), will you allow me the honor of fulfilling our bond and becoming my mate officially in the eyes of the Moon Goddess?”

She smiled then through her tears before nodding. Her voice seemed to have left her. She was speechless. He smiled and removed the ring from the box before slipping it on her ring finger. After he cupped her cheeks and leaned in to kiss her on the lips briefly before pulling back.

“Я люблю тебя (I love you).” He murmured against her lips.

“I love you too.” She whispered back.

She crushed lips onto his. She loves this man with all her heart and honestly she was more than ready for him to take her and make her his forever.

“Nikolai...” She whispered.

“Yes?” He answered.

“Take me to bed.” She ordered. He leaned back and swallowed hard. His eyes darkened by the second. In a flash he had her up and inside the pack house. A few minutes later, they were locked away in his room.

Roza stood in the middle of the room and watched Nikolai lock the door. It has been a long time. She lost her virginity to him and now after three years she was here again with him

He turned and looked at her. She was so nervous but all thoughts disappeared when he stood in front of her and leaned down to kiss her lips softly.

His hand slipped to her neck as he deepened the kiss. She moaned when she felt one of his hand move to her waist and pulled her flush against his body. She could feel his hard shaft through his jeans.

“Are you sure?” He asked as he pulled back to look at her.

She nodded. “I want you to make me yours completely.”

Nikolai groaned and he closed his eyes as he rested his forehead against hers.

She fell down gently with him on top of her. In the midst of kissing, something took over her a little and she shredded his shirt with her claws. He arched an eyebrow and she shrugged her response while giving him a lopsided grin.

He chuckled and moved to kiss her and in turn shredded her blouse. Her body was exposed to him. He inhaled shakily to maintain his control. She was curvy everywhere. The stretch marks on her stomach from having Maksim was beautiful in his eyes. His hands coming up to cup her breast over her black lace bra. Leaning down he kissed her again before lowering to her neck.

“Nikolai.” She moaned.

“Shouldn’t we get dressed?” She asked.

He nuzzled her neck where he marked her as he spoke. His breath tickling her skin as he did.

“I’m not done with you yet. We have a lot to make up for and I intend to use every second of it. Plus this time I intend on staying forever.”
