Chapter 41
Chapter 41 In her Womb is a Powerful Gift
At the Glodeous Palace, Queen Asalea is starting to feel some hardships with her pregnancy. She is getting dizzy most of the time and she felt weaker compared to before. She could hardly make herself invisible. Her power is getting weaker too as her belly is getting bigger.
She sat on the bed while gently caressing her stomach. As she was caressing her stomach, suddenly she felt something like electricity running from her hands to her heart. She was shocked. Queen Asalea has been overwhelmed by what she felt. Her child is not yet born but he or she already possesses a strong power that she does not know where it came from.
Such knowledge befuddled her. She went out of their room and look for her husband. She wanted to confirm something.
As she was heading towards the throne's hall, she saw Toremo walking towards her. Suddenly, her child inside her belly made a quick kick.
She stopped walking and looked at Toremo intently. Toremo on one hand continued to step forward with a mischievous grin on his lips while looking at her pregnant belly.
As Toremo stood beside her, Queen Asalea felt her fetus inside her womb kicked hard, twice.
Queen Asalea's heart tumbled; her instinct is telling her that something wrong is going on, but she could not determine it yet.
"Hello my Queen Asalea; how is your pregnancy going?" Toremo asked while intensely looking at her protruding stomach.
Queen Asalea returned Toremo's glances with the same intensity that he was emitting towards her and her child inside her womb. "I am fine. We are completely fine Toremo and getting stronger and more powerful," she said with a hint of a warning in her tone.
Toremo gave her a quick yet mysterious laugh. "Ahh really? That's good my Queen. Be safe then until you give birth to the King's first heir." Toremo said; vowed his head and turned his back after excusing himself.
Queen Asalea continued to walk going to the thrones' hall. Just recently, the King's throne there has its pair already; her Queen's throne.
As she entered the thrones' hall, King Timodore's eyes automatically smiled and his right hand went up to wave unto her.
Queen Asalea smiled back and made more hurried strides going to her Queen's throne beside King Timodore. Before she sits on her throne, she approached the King first and gave him a quick kiss on his lips then murmured beside his right ear. "My King, can I have you for a moment? I just need to discuss something with you."

King Timodore held his Queen's right hand and led her going to the Palace's veranda.
"Yes, my love? What's urgent?" He asked gently as he looked at her.
Instead of answering him, Queen Asalea got his right hand and put it slowly on top of her bulging tummy.
King Timodore kept his silence and just followed whatever his wife would want him to do. As he touched her protruding belly, he gently caressed it while he smilingly looked at his wife.
Suddenly, King Timodore's forehead furrowed. His eyes and Queen Asalea's eyes have been locked with each other; with astonishment on King Timodore's look and inquisitive one on the side of Queen Asalea.
"My love, did you feel our child's power? Our child is not yet born yet he/she could already emit a certain supernatural ability." Queen Asalea exclaimed with confusion in her expression. King Timodore's eyes never left his wife's face as he said in a calm voice. "I felt it My Queen; he got my hidden supernatural abilities and he will be stronger than me in the future." Queen Asalea could not believe what she is hearing. "My King, that is impossible. Our child can only inherit your powers if you would transfer them when the right time comes."
King Timodore shook his head. "With our child, it was different. The moment he was given breath inside your womb and grew, he already got what I have. It was because, when I made love to you, I made no reservations at all."
A smile slowly formed on Queen Asalea's lips. He cupped her husband's face and kissed him tenderly. "Thank you for doing that my King." "Because I love you." King Timodore murmured.
"By the way, how sure are you that our child is a he and not a she?" Looking at King Timodore with a wide smile, Queen Asalea curiously asked. "Because that's the vision I saw days ago, my love."
