Fudge, I reincarnated as the heroine!

There was one time I was almost punished, because I took the paper in miss Liane’s desk.

I made paper planes with the other children and I barely remembered how to make a simple dragon origami. The children were so excited that by the time we were discovered, we didn’t realise the fuming Liane was near to exploding.

She grabbed me by the collar and lifted me up from the rest.

“Do you even realise what you’ve done?”

She eyed me intensely as I pitifully glanced her way.

“That paper is so expensive and rare, they are only used for important documents!”

She shouted in a rage and I dumbly looked at my waste of paper and shuddered.

I definitely screwed up now!!

The children cried in my defence and begged Liane to punish them instead.

Liane realised her being angry isn’t going to solve anything and put me down with a low sigh only I heard.

She figured that since it was involving me, it was to be expected that I do something stupid. It was only recently that she had to cut my hair short, because I ended with a strongly adhesive substance in my hair.

I was currently 4, so I guess she didn’t blame me that much.

One of the boys picked the dragon and looked at it weirdly. The planes started flying clumsily around us and the dragon disappeared. We looked at the scene with wide eyes and I think everyone was thinking what I was thinking. Cool!

Apparently not, since Liane took us out of the room immediately. A mage was brought sometime later to investigate, but wasn’t able to find anything abnormal. Just that looking at the paper planes, he had a strange light flicker in his eyes.

Only Liane and I were present and he was interested in buying it. He looked our way and offered quite a sum of money. Liane looked at me and I nodded. It was just a few paper planes so it wouldn’t be bad too make up to Liane with some money for taking the paper.

Days went peacefully after that and we just enjoyed playing. We were escorted by two adventurers, who were also parents, to the beach which was just 5 km away.

We played pirates at my suggestion. I was the captain since they didn’t actually know what pirates were. The adventurers were amused since we went to loot them of their valuables after using shells, sticks and algae to play pretend. We put up a good fight. Didn’t get anything but a sore bottom though. Liane laughed for the first time seeing my ass whooped.

How big is your grudge?

My mother came with a basket of goodies later on and shared it for all the children and also gave the adventures some until I tattled on them and she grudgingly took the snacks back while they whined pathetically in an imaginary corner. They looked towards me with an accusing look.

My mother saw that so she ran after me and tickled me to death. I was giggled out of breath. She let those two easy as she gave them the snacks back. When she turned her back though, they stuck their tongues out at me in victory.
