Chapter Book 5
Hello everyone! I’m excited to announce the title of book five: Veil of shadows and lies. I’ve begun posting the free version!
Being the only necromancer in Mythic lands is hard, but Alora doesn’t mind since it gives her freedom from her parents and Kain, the leader of the necromancers.
Life in their realm isn’t perfect, but she has a group of friends on her side and more importantly, Reed, the only man she has ever desired. But of course, he doesn’t know that.
Alora has no desire to ever return home to the creature’s realm, but it’s looking like that isn’t in the cards for her anymore. Not when the rift is about to reopen and three of the five keys have been used to unlock it.
When it rains, it pours, as they say, and that couldn’t be more true. From the strange vision about the rift to the near-death experience that Caspian thinks has to do with Kain, and that’s not even mentioning the man with darkness invading his body and aura, and he’s not the only one.
The more Alora and her friends seem to learn about this prison realm and its residents, the more they realize they don’t know the full history of their kind. Secrets have a way of revealing themselves, never staying hidden forever and choosing the worst time to be revealed.
