“Leave the designing to me, miss. I’ll make sure you look breathtaking. Teresa reassured her, as a team of stylish makeup artists and designers burst into the room, carrying an array of luxurious fabrics, cosmetics, and accessories.

The designers presented Ella with a stunning collection of outfits, each one more exquisite than the last. Her eyes widened as she browsed through the selection, finally settling on a show-stopping white dress with intricate embroidery.

Meanwhile, the stylists worked their magic on her hair, crafting an intricate updo that showcased her porcelain skin and piercing eyes. The room was a whirlwind of activity, with Teresa directing the team. with ease.

As Ella continued to admire herself in the mirror, Teresa whispered, “Speaking of the devil, Maria has arrived. Let’s take a sneak peek at what she’s wearing.” Teresa gestured towards the large French window overlooking the dining area in the garden’s glass house.

Ella and Teresa approached the window, gazing out at the garden where Maria was stepping out of a luxurious car, heading towards the dining area. Maria’s stunning red dress and elegant updo made her look breathtaking.

But Teresa was quick to reassure her. “Oh, sweetheart, you’re much prettier! Your dress is exquisite, and your features are extremely graceful. Maria can’t compare to that. Just wait till the boss sees you dressed up like this – you’ll knock his socks off! And don’t forget to wear your heels, they’re not too high and are perfect for pregnancy.

With a deep breath, Ella nodded her head. “Alright, I’ll head to the dining area before the boss notices I’m missing. I’ll let everyone know you’re coming for breakfast.”

Ella gathered her courage and glanced once more at the window, where Ivan and Maria sat cozily, engrossed in conversation. The chef was already expertly preparing a fluffy omelette, and the aroma of fresh fruit wafted through the air. Ella couldn’t help but notice Maria’s slender figure, seemingly a result of strict calorie control – a far cry from Ella’s own indulgent habits. “God! Why is she so thin. Look at that figure. No carbs!”

“Alright. I look perfect. I should go.” Taking a deep breath, Ella exhaled her doubts and decided to pwn her new look. She walked out of the room, her heels clicking confidently as she headed towards the elevator.

As she walked past the dining area, the room fell silent. Ivan and Maria turned around, their eyes fixed on Ella from head to toe. “Good morning, miss,” one of the staff members stuttered, their eyes wide with admiration. Ella smiled graciously, her confidence soaring as she returned their greetings. “Good morning.”

Ella stepped into the elevator, unsure if the staff’s gaze was one of admiration or surprise, but she knew she looked strikingly different today. She caught one last glimpse of herself in the elevator’s mirror before stepping out into the garden area.

As she approached, she saw Evan’s back and Maria’s gaze fixed intently on him. Ella’s eyes narrowed, her mind racing with questions. Why was Maria so smitten with her child’s father? She felt a surge of protectiveness, her fists clenched in frustration. “This idiot.” She whispered.

Just then, Maria turned, her eyes locking onto Ella’s with a mixture of surprise and curiosity. “Who is this girl in your house Evan?”

Evan spoke with a nonchalant air, “Oh, it’s just Ella my colleague and family friend. She’s staying with me for a few days for some work. She’s also our company’s model, by the way.”
