CURSE OF THE MOON REBORN

“You could say that. But I can’t see where they are coming from.” He sounded crazy.

“Did you talk to Solara and Kayla about this?”

“Somehow, I just asked if they could hear the voices and they said no so I left.”

“How about we go back to the house and we can try and pinpoint the source of the voices.”

“Ok, by the way, dad this is one of the duties of a parent.” SJ joked.

“Uh-huh, don’t get too excited I don’t know if I can help you yet.”

SJ and Stephan ran back to the house and from the edge of the forest, they began looking for the source of the voices. When they were done looking around the perimeter of the house they went into the house.

“It’s stronger inside.” SJ led the way as Stephan followed. They went up to Scarlet’s room where it was stronger and the apparent source.

SJ froze as he realized where it came from, he stared at her mother’s belly. At that moment he thought about Vincent and Victor and how he assumed that their connection was only because they were twins. He gave his mother a quick kiss hello then left the room even more confused than he was previously.

“He has that look on his face again. What’s wrong with him?”Scarlet watched as SJ left the room, his shoulders drooped.

“He keeps hearing voices and we don’t know where they are coming from.” Stephan helped Scarlet up when she struggled to stand up. “I swear you keep growing bigger by the second.”

“I know right. I keep worrying that my back will snap in half or something. What voices is my born child hearing.”

“I don’t know, but he’s bothered by it.” Stephan and Scarlet exchanged a worried look.
