Chapter 11 A Farce
Both of Ivy and Valerie were in Yiyang High School, and Valerie was a big shot in the school. How could Ivy not know her?
But she didn't expect that Jason was Valerie's boyfriend.
With a bright smile on her face, Ivy held Jason's waist and pretended not to know, "Mr. Jason, who is she?"
It had to be said that Valerie's aloofness had indeed made Jason obsessed with her for a few days. But after he got her, it was boring. There were a lot of women who were more beautiful than Valerie in J City. He just wanted to play with Valerie. So if he was tired of playing with her, he would naturally find other fun.
Jason looked at the coquettish and childish face of Ivy, which happened to be his favorite.
Lifting her chin with his fingers, Jason created a gentle illusion for her, his eyes were affectionate and focused.
"She is just my ex-girlfriend. Ivey, just ignore her."
"Ex-girlfriend..." Ivy lengthened her voice deliberately, her head resting on Jason's shoulder, "So what is she doing now? Catching adultery?"
Jason sneered, "I said that she is an ex-girlfriend. What kind of adultery is this? Maybe she is here to hook up with some rich guy..."
Jason didn't care about Valerie at all. Even Ivy and the other girls in the room looked at Valerie with mockery.
Valerie trembled with anger and stared at the two of them resentfully.
She had been spoiled since she was a child, and had never been insulted like this.
At the beginning, it was Jason who pursued her in all kinds of ways. She agreed because she couldn't bear to refuse him, but now he was insulting her with another woman. Valerie was so angry that she wanted to tear the two of them apart.
Sophia was also very angry. She didn't dare to vent her anger on Jason, but Ivy was not that lucky.
Sophia rushed forward, grabbed Ivy's hair and rudely gave her a slap.
"I knew you were not a good person, and now you even snatched a man from Valerie. Don't you know what kind of person you are? Do you think you can compete with Valerie?" "Ah! What are you doing?"
Being attacked by Sophia all of a sudden, Ivy had no strength to fight back. She could only scream sharply and beg Jason to save her.
"Mr. Jason! Pull this crazy woman away!"
Jason stepped forward, grabbed Sophia's wrist and pushed her back.
"Valerie! Keep an eye on your friend! Don't bite anyone like a mad dog! "
Jason's words seemed to give Valerie a hard slap in the face.
She was not only ashamed of Sophia's impulse to make her a joke, but also angry at Jason's ruthlessness. He gave her a sweet date and kicked her away without hesitation.
What did he take her for?
Biting her lower lip, Valerie looked pale and pitiful.
"Jason, do you really want to do this to me?"
Tears welled up in her eyes. Compared with Ivy's gaudiness, she was more beautiful and graceful.
Jason seemed to be moved. He did spend a lot of time wooing Valerie before, but Valerie was too pure and lofty for him to touch. In comparison, a woman like Ivy who didn't care about anything but clung to him was more welcomed by him.
Before this, he didn't plan to break up with Valerie, but she actually found it here and had to take care of everything. He couldn't help but feel a little annoyed that she was in charge of him.
Seeing this, Ivy quickly held Jason's hand with a pitiful look.
"Mr. Jason..."
At least Ivy thought she should be pitiful, but she didn't know that she was pretending innocently and pitifully at Jason with the slap mark on her face, which was disgusting.
Jason shook off her irritably. He didn't like Ivy much, just for fun.
Ivy's heart sank when she saw Jason's attitude. She thought of the stack of money that Jason had just casually thrown out. She finally met such a rich man. Was it possible that all her effort would be messed up by Valerie and Sophia?
Thinking of this, Ivy glared at the two of them with resentment.
"Mr. Jason, you can't be cheated by this woman. Ivy is famous for her dissoluteness in our school. You won't be so blind to give up Valerie and choose this woman, will you?"
With a stern look, Ivy shouted at Sophia sharply, "Sophia, shut up!"
"What? Am I right?" Sophia sneered, "Everyone knows that you can make out with men for money. Do you think you deserve to be compared with Valerie?"
Ivy clenched her fists in anger, "I... I'll tear your mouth apart!
The two of them instantly began to wrestle. Sophia was not a person to be trifled with, and Ivy was not an easy person either. Ivy inherited the shrewdness of Carol, and the two of them were almost on a par. Valerie stepped back a little, afraid that they would hurt her accidentally.
Looking at the two girls who were fighting like lunatics, Jason shouted impatiently, "Get out!"
Valerie trembled with fear. She gave Jason a plaintive look and rushed out.
Seeing this, Sophia ignored Ivy and hurried to catch up with her.
Ivy's clothes were torn and her hair was in a mess. She looked like a drowned mouse.
Seeing her like this, Jason had no mood at all. He waved his hand and asked people to drive her away.
All the people in the room were cleared out. Lying on the sofa, Jason felt more and more depressed.
It was not for the farce just now.
But there was no news from Hogan.
He had told them to take actions as soon as possible.
He had heard by chance from Rachel, the idiot, mentioned that his uncle wanted to take the illegitimate child back to the Rong family, so he couldn't wait to come here to inquire about the news. He had to get rid of Albert before his uncle's people came, and he couldn't leave any evidence.
Otherwise, with his uncle's shrewdness, he would have noticed that Jason had cut off his last bloodline!
Three months ago, James was plotted by some business enemies. There was a car accident. His life was saved, but he was infertile. He only had two daughters, Linda and Rachel. Because of Simone's strong power, he didn't have any other illegitimate children. It was not easy to find out that more than ten years ago, the woman named Charlotte gave birth to a son for him. He couldn't wait to send someone to investigate the whereabouts of the mother and son, trying to take the child home.
According to the ancestors of the Rong family, the position of the head of the family had always been passed down only to men, not to women. Linda and Rachel were not threatening at all, so as long as Albert died outside, Jason was the only heir of the family. How could Jason let Albert go back to the Rong family? ☐☐
