Chapter 9.1 – The lords from space
The curious terrestrial life form quietly observed the magnificent chariot within the clouds, North of the river of Kebar.
Chariot 3`s vivid red light on its bottom was constantly spinning, indicating the ship stability controls were locked on the desired altitude.
As the four went through the magnetic passage, their bronze colored uniforms gleamed with the rays of light emanated by the sun. The incredible scene was watched by the being who stood on the land underneath and whose eyes would not dare to look at another direction other than the sky.
As they approached the land, it became obvious for the visitors that their observer was a man.
Once the four beings finally reached the ground, the man was astonished how their bodies had the shape similar to his own, especially their hands which absent of any gloves were surprisingly similar to the ones of any man.
The helixes above their heads started to slow down whilst the vertical ring that touched the ground rolled back and forth through the uneven terrain, maneuvered by its occupants as they cautiously approached the man who remained speechless.
His heart bit had increased. The emotion felt overwhelming, but he tried his best to remain calm.
The man noted the silhouette of their faces partially visible through their helmets and as he contemplated the matching vestments they worn, his attention was caught by the strange drawings on the shoulder of their uniforms.
The insignia with the face of an Anzu which represented strength and courage, made the man think of a lion while the one on the left, the emblem of an Urmah, a mighty beast and symbol of virtue in the Nibirian culture, reminded him of an ox.
Flumen got off his heli-ring and the man who so far could not possibly turn any of what was happening into words, saw the Nibirian Space Agency emblem on the back of his uniform, a few inches below his neck.
The blades finally finished spinning and remained spread opened above their heads, intersecting each other with the two rings still surrounding their bodies. From under the base of the heli-rings, a bright red light flashed as their engines were switched off.
The four beings then stepped off the heli-rings. At that moment, the man wondered if that what his eyes were witnessing was a vision of God who had come down to Earth on holy wheels.
The unusual image of a wheel within a wheel covered on rivets and that would move on any direction would have been rather frightful to any other human at that time, but not for that man.
His eyes returned to the plasmatic looking surface that covered their faces which, for the man, resembled the skies, and unsuccessfully tried to define what the occupants of the magnificent rings were.
The helixes above their heads had the likeness of wings and together made the man wonder if they were gods, angels or perhaps even cherubins.
“Flumen, this man comes with us and I make it your assignment to ensure he comes willingly. His presence may be helpful should we need to communicate with others oh his own.” Shoffer would never take anyone without their will and the others knew that.
Flumen could imagine how confused the man was with innumerous suppositions crossing his mind, “probably none of them right”.
“What? Me? Fine. I shall try something more unconventional.” Flumen never thought he would ever have to convince a primitive man to come onboard his ship “willingly”, he repeated the Captain`s word with certain annoyance. “We could just abduct him just like the other species do.”
Instructed by Flumen, the rest of the crew got back on their heli-rings, accommodated themselves on the simplistic cockpits, and almost heavenly, lifted a few inches from the ground.
Flumen`s thoughts penetrated the man`s mind as he approached him face to face.
“Dumu nita, zìg ina zu ñìri ma ga qabu za.”
His Nibirian language which one day, in the far future, would be known as Sumerian was simultaneously translated to Hebraic.
“Son of a man, stand up on your feet and I will speak to you.”
With his eyes wide opened, the man looked through the radiating amber separating his eyes from the eyes of the being standing in front of him. At that moment he discovered the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the ‘Lord’.
Ezekiel then went down on his knees and lowered his face in a humble gesture of respect.
“Ezekiel, son of a man. Stand upon your feet. We need you, come with us.” The man heard the voice inside his mind followed by the hand gesture that Flumen used to gain his faith and convince the man to board the heli-ring.
