Chapter 29
By the end of this intense exercise, it was almost midnight. Alicia wrapped herself in a bath towel and walked out of the bathroom after taking a shower. When she looked up, she saw that Frederick was dressed neatly in a suit and shoes. Alicia, who was originally sleepy, became awake in an instant. She glanced at the time subconsciously, stepped forward, and hugged him from the back. Her mood was somewhat depressed and down.
"Are you going out?" she asked. It was so late at night. What was there to do?
Thinking that he didn't have dinner when he returned and that he was so eager earlier on, Alicia felt even more unhappy. It was as if he came back especially for making love with her.
This feeling was terrible. At this moment, she wanted him to stay all of a sudden!
"Yes!" Frederick responded.
He turned around slowly, and his gaze fell on her deep cleavage. He couldn't help but wiggle his eyebrows. The next second, Alicia retracted her hands and pouted.
"I just took a shower!"
When he hugged her, he didn't find her dirty at all! How melodramatic!
Alicia was in a bad mood. Hence, she turned around and decided not to ask him to stay again. Frederick then turned and hugged her with his lips curved slightly.
"The way you look made my heart fluttered. I don't feel like going out anymore!" he said.
When Alicia turned around and looked at him with elf- like eyes, she also smiled slightly. At this moment, her face was full of yearning. "Then don't go!" Obviously, she was pleased.
Frederick pinched her face dotingly, but he continued to take his watch and put it on. Then, he bowed his head and gave her a gentle kiss.
"It is something urgent. I am pressed for time to catch my plane! Be a good girl!" Frederick explained.
Only then did Alicia notice that the suitcase had been taken out. It turned out that he was going on a business trip! No wonder when she just returned home, he straight away... Nodding, she raised her hand and helped him to tidy up the slightly messy corner of his clothes, reminding, "It's very late now. Be careful."
Frederick was obviously dazed for a moment. He touched her hair and lifted her up before carrying her to the bed.
"Be a good girl! I'll be back in about a week's time. Don't cause trouble!"
As he said this, he spread the quilt over her, saying, "Rest early!"
A week's time. It seemed that it was really a business trip. Alicia's lonely mood was swept away, and she no longer pestered. She nodded and said, "Okay. Bye, hubby. Have a safe trip!" When Frederick got up, he caught a glimpse of slyness in her eyes. He then held her chin in his hand.
"What are you up to?" Frederick asked.
Could it be that she wanted to take advantage of this period of time to meet up with her old lover?
