Their Mate, My Saviors Chapter 90
-POV Ayame -
I felt my hands tighten around the comforter while my skin felt warmer and warmer by the second. "Ayame, next time we try to provoke them, maybe we should remember the consequences." My wolf gasped and howled in my mind, drowning in pure ecstasy. I was a good girl and I wasn't going to let her get us in more trouble. The slap of the paddle made contact with my skin once more, pressing the vibrator closer to my core. "Eleven, sir!" I grit my teeth before forcing myself to focus on holding myself together. "Thank you, sir." I pressed out harshly.
"Mmmm...good girl, angel." He growled softly before checking my core, making my body shutter and a groan fall from my lips. "Not quite yet. One more." He added, and I whimpered angrily.
He chuckled and continued the torment with one more slap. I arched my back, squeezing my thighs together tightly. "Twelve, sir! Thank you, sir."
"Good girl, little one." I gasped and risked turning my head to see Conri enjoying the view. I blushed further and turned back around.
"What do we say, angel?" Vil growled again.
"Thank you, daddy." I whispered and Vil pulled me up to lay my back flushed against his chest and expose my body to Conri before he pressed the vibrator further against my core.
I rested my head on his shoulder and felt my eyes shift back and forth while I fought the unyielding urge to beg for my release. Another hand grazed my neck, in between my breast and down towards my center before disappearing. "I think she has learned her lesson." Conri hummed in my ear. "Have you learned to listen to daddy and his brothers, little one." He added, nibbling on my ear lobe.
"Yes! Yes, daddy. I'm sorry I was being a bratty girl. I...I'm sorry." I squeaked.
Vil smirked and nodded. "I agree. I think she earned this." He forced my head down to look at Conri's black eyes before increasing the speed and pressing his hand around my throat. "Release, angel." He purred and I saw stars.
After such a yummy night with Conri and Vil, they packed a bag for me along for themselves before carrying me to the car early the next morning. Apparently, we were going back to the Fae castle with King Zyair, but I didn't care. I snuggled into Conri's lap and enjoyed the trip. About halfway through, the scent changed from Conri's sweet smell to the calmness of Edon's homey aura. "Why are we going to Zyair's castle again?" I mumbled softly.
Edon kissed my forehead and shifted me on his lap a bit. Before he responded, a sigh fell from his lips and I knew this wasn't going to be a fun trip from that reaction alone. "For Kyle and Emily, but also so we can have a lovely chat with Chaz before his dying day." -POV Kyle-
Emily and I stared at the ultrasound machine while her claws dug into my hand. I didn't care and I wasn't going to say a word about the pain. She needed this and I needed her to stay as calm as possible. "So, King Zyair says this is of the upmost importance. I appreciate you both coming all this way." The Fae doctor said while he went in search for our future pup.
"Of course. Anything that we can do, we will try." I called back. Emily bit her lip and hurriedly wiped a tear from her eye.
"I know this will be a stressful time, but this isn't the first incident we have seen like this. Shifters have...quite the violent culture, but I'm just shocked that the King himself is requesting we help you. That is quite the honor." He added, trying to make small talk. "Ugh! Come on! I'm getting impatient!" My Lycan growled. We had never seen our pup before and this was a momentous day. Regardless of my worry about the pup's health...I finally get to say I'm going to be a father. We are going to be a family.
"If this is too much for you...you can leave." I heard Emily's wolf whimper, and I felt like I just got shot in the gut by her statement.
"I'm not going anywhere, Emily. Remember that and I have no problem always reminding you."
"I...I'm scared Kyle." She whimpered back.
"Then I'll be your courage." I added when the little bean finally appeared on the screen. It shifted around and the both of us held our breath while the doctor stared at the image.
"Well...the good news is, I think this pup may be a Lycan, which will make its chances of survival much higher."
"How do you know that?!" Emily asked, her voice cracking with worry. I rubbed her arm softly and glared at the doctor.
"False hope isn't going to help anything right now." I growled back.
He chuckled and waved us off. "Oh do not worry, it is not false hope. I can sense spirit auras. It's what inclined me to go the medical track over anything else. I can assure you that is the case. However, I will also be honest, the wolfsbane was in your blood during the critical development phase of your little one and he's a bit smaller than he should be at almost two months for a shifter pup. So, we will monitor you closely and identify a growth serum that should mitigate the risks."
"R-really?" Emily asked, squeezing my hand harder.
"Really. We will need to be very careful throughout this pregnancy and the internal damage you faced after getting shot will make this a tricky process, but with the right medicine, I know we can reverse the adverse affects on your baby."
I looked between him and Emily and back again while the doctor chuckled as if he knew what I was thinking. "We will also make sure the mother is safe too." He added.
I leaned over and kissed her clammy cheek. Once I stood to my full height, a sigh left my lips. He gently cleaned up her stomach and shut off the machine. "So what do we have to do?" I asked.
"For now? Bed rest and minimal exertion. She can still walk around and do relaxing activities, but until the serum is complete, we do not want to endanger the pup or the mother with anything too extreme."
"And....and...the miscarriage." Em whispered.
The doc shook his head. "I can see why your hospital staff thought it would be challenging to have this young one come to term, but as long as you have access to the Royal Medical Hospital, we have the tools necessary to make sure that won't happen to you." I grunted shortly and combed my free hand through my hair. "We don't live near here."
He waved his hand towards me like this wasn't a problem. What happens if she all of sudden starts feeling ill?! "We have portals here, but I will also be giving you a potion to take daily to maintain the strength of the mother and pup until we can get the growth serum to you." "But we only have a few weeks left. I... What if it doesn't work?" And she was crying again. I scooped her up and placed her in my lap, allowing her to deal with this however she sees fit. I cannot push her to be happy about anything right now. For almost a month she thought she was going to lose our child alone. "It will work. Just have faith and, with the amount of love I see between the two of you, I don't see any issues here. Let me get those potions ready for you both and then you will be free to go." He added, reaching out to shake my hand.
I nodded and shook it once before he headed out of the room. "Ayame. You can come in now. I need to go meet up with the Alphas at the dungeons."
"Coming!" She called.
"Emily. Sweetheart...say something." I cooed softly, giving her kisses.
"I...I'm scared.... I'm so scared. I can't control this. I want to fix this, but...."
I rubbed her back softly. "I know, my love, but you aren't alone. You have all of us. You have me."
She nodded and stayed silent before a heavily breathing Luna ran through the room and almost toppled both of us with a hug. I protected Emily's stomach, but the giggle that fell from her lips was worth the scare. "Please tell me it's good news!" Ayame shouted after pulling away from the two of us.
"It's progress and we will get there one step at a time. Are the alphas already with King Zyair?" I asked, letting Emily tell the story when she was ready.
Ayame huffed and nodded. "Yes, I had to run all the way here, but they are in the sitting area at the main house. Do you want me to stay with Emily while you guys go check on the prince?" She asked with a subtle wince in her eye.
I know it still bothered her that she froze in front of Richard, but she had gone through so much in one day. Who could have blamed her? She is doing so much better. Baby steps still win races. "Please." I looked down at Emily and tapped her cheek lightly. "Will you be okay, or do you need me here? I can always tell them to go without me."
Emily shook her head. "I can do this. I'm fine. Ayame and I will meet you guys for dinner. Go on." She assured me before reaching up and kissing my lips gently.
"Thank you." Her wolf hummed softly.
"Always, my love." I kissed her one more time before heading out of the room. She needs her girl time, and we have business to attend to.
Once I made it to the main house, one of the maids directed me to the sitting room and the guys looked ready to go. "So, what's the game plan?"
Rollo stood from his chair and another man across from him followed suit while the two flanked the king. "Get him ready for his execution." Rollo said tersely.
"Oh, this will be fun." Vil growled, letting his wolf come forward.
"I definitely hope so. I don't want to make this easy on the pretty boy." Edon added.
I smirked and followed the alphas out along with the king, Rollo, and the other man, grateful that they didn't ask me any questions. Unfortunately, Vince stayed behind to watch the territory, but he really is going to miss out. This...will be fun.
