The Unwanted Luna

Their Mate, My Saviors Chapter 89

-POV

Ayame-

After lunch, I finally caved, and the guys went back to work on stuff for their human businesses. I lounged around with Emily for a while until Kyle thought it would be good for her to take a nap and I don't think she was completely against it. So, to keep to my word, I begrudgingly accepted from my mates, I started wandering around the house. As I passed by some of the main congregation areas, I bowed to some pack members coming in and out of the rec areas on the first floor along with the guests that stayed behind after the Luna Ceremony. Some leaders left shortly after lunch, and a few stayed around for another night. However, I'm sure most will be gone by morning if not all of them.

"Luna Ayame." Zyair called when I found myself on the porch outside the kitchen.

I nodded my head toward him and he smiled back. "Hello." I said softly before taking the lounge chair next to his. It was starting to get chilly as we neared the end of the summer months. I tucked my legs to my chest, trying my best to hold in some heat. I was glad that I decided on beef stew for dinner and a sweater and leggings for an outfit today.

He tilted his head my way and a subtle smile grazed his lips. "I'm assuming you have some questions for me."

I shrugged. "More questions for my uncle than you, but yes, I have many. However, I'm more concerned about Emily at the moment than anything else. After she gave me the news last night, it's like...I was happy that you could help her, but I was also happy that I had something else to focus on. Is that bad?"

He laughed lightly and shook his head. "I had the same thought when I came to your Luna Ceremony dear. After all the nonsense that happened between you and Prince Chaz, I now have an entire council to reelect and a disgruntled prince to execute.Stop reading the wrong and incomplete storyline, job nib.com has the correct and complete book. I've been delaying it for a while now because I would like to promote his successor when his head hits the ground." He was still smiling but the utter disgust he had for Chaz showed through clearly. "So...he's still alive then?" I asked curiously. I guess I was being dragged back to my problems whether I wanted to or not.

"Unfortunately. However, I am grateful to you for allowing us to deal with this matter."

"Really?" I asked as my mouth hung slack. "I didn't even know they told you that was my decision."

"The soldiers who brought him to me were adamant about it. They thought their new Luna really was going to put an end to a rather dark Era and they were happy for it." He stretched a bit and sighed. Dark era? Well...I guess if they were talking about Donna.... Ugh...right. I guess I can't run from my problems. "Do you know what I said after that, little Luna?" Zyair asked, pulling me from my thoughts. I quickly shook my head, not really knowing what to say to that. I was appreciative of the compliment though. "I said, I believe them."

With that, I crossed my legs in front of me and furrowed my brow. "How? How do you know I'll be any better than Luna Donna? Don't get me wrong, I'm still getting back my memories, but you seem to know me almost like Uncle Rollo does."

He tucked a hair behind his pointed ear adorned with a few golden studs and I waited patiently for his answer. "Before your father was taken by Prince Chaz, your family came up here often to enjoy the Fae kingdom. Your Uncle is someone who I work...closely with, so I know his family quite well, even though I only saw you all a few times. So, I won't take it personal if you don't remember me. You were quite young. However, the day he told me what happened, I could see it aged him. Whatever the penance was to seal away your memories crushed Rollo to a point that I've never seen before...on any of my creed."

"So, you and my uncle are friends?"

"I guess you could say that, but more so like partners. He works with the defensive team of our militia while another works on the offensive."

"Militia?!" I shouted in pure shock.

"That's enough, Zyair!" My uncle called from behind me. I stumbled out of my chair like I was caught in the cookie jar. "Ayame. I told you I would tell you more soon. Why are you asking him for information?" He added. "S-Sorry Uncle Rollo." I whimpered.

He sighed and walked up between the two of us. "It's fine, I just don't want you to think anything crazy after talking to this guy. Sometimes he's worse than your father." He groaned.

"I resent that." My dad came by and kissed my forehead.

"I don't." Uncle Rollo retorted.

"Wait, why are you two even out here?" Zyair asked.

"Oh, the Alphas are looking for Ayame. I thought she might be here." My dad said.

I furrowed my brow and looked up at my dad. "Really? Why?"

He smiled and patted my head. "Awh, do you not like the colored leaves anymore?" I glanced behind his large frame and, as he said, the gorgeous leaves were starting to shift as they moved closer to their dormant months. The vibrant hues of purple, orange, and red were quite the sight. The beautiful wall of colors.

I blushed bright red and pulled away, realizing I had gotten lost in the view. "D-Dad, I'm almost twenty-one. I mean, I like the Fall and all, but I'm not going to go rolling around in the leaves like I'm six."

He sighed and I swear I saw his eyes shift while the little evil ideas started to sprout in his mind. He really is a mischievous one. I'm starting to see my uncle's point of view. "Okay...I guess we can't enjoy them in our spirit forms either."

My ears perked up immediately. Wait...spirit forms? Oh...he's good! I smiled and ran off the porch. I can't fault him for that. "Last one to the treeline has to pull out all the sticks!" I called, remembering something from my childhood that made my heart swell. "Talk to you soon, Zyair!" I called over my shoulder while my dad ran at full speed.

"I look forward to it, Little Luna!" The King called after us.

"Okay...sorry for yelling earlier, but thank you for giving me a minute. Umm...if you're still there...dad wants to hang out, so rise and shine?" I called to my wolf hesitantly. I was really rude to her before. Maybe she'll ignore me forever now.

To my surprise, she squealed happily and I stopped at a nearby tree to slip out of my leggings and sweater. I really liked this outfit. Then I felt my bones shift and just let it happen. Once I found the clearing, my dad's bear tackled me and my spirit yipped while our fur mixed with the freshly fallen leaves. Soon enough, they will all be covered in a blanket of snow and the winter months will come around again.

His bear roared and we started play fighting, but he was definitely letting me win. "Dad! At least make this a fair fight." I giggled, pulling on his ear while he rested his nose between his paws, not moving his large frame an inch.

"Oh, I am. I'm not about to get stuck in those white boxes again because I'm not aware of my limits!" He huffed.

I fell over laughing and he grabbed a full pawful of leaves and threw them at me. I squealed at the dampness of the varying textures and he began laughing at my expense. "Ohhhh! Look who's laughing now!" He shouted back. I huffed irritably at the annoying leaves sticking to my fur. "No fair, dad!" I grumbled.

"Angel, where are you?!" Vil called and I immediately turned towards the pack house.

"Dad, Vil is calling me." I whimpered. My ears fell and I started to control my breathing for the trek back to the house.

He bobbed his head. "It's okay. We've been out here for at least an hour, the sun is already setting, starlight. Let's head back. That stew you were making smells delicious!"

I giggled happily and spun around before darting back to the pack house. "I'm coming, sir. Sorry, I was out in the forest with my dad." I said, still enjoying the laughs from earlier.

He chuckled in my mind, but Conri responded. "Okay little one. Get back safe."

I saw the house within reach and shifted behind the tree I'd left my clothes at before. I slipped them back on and skipped up the back porch steps. "Oh, I'm already here, daddy." I skidded into the kitchen and washed my hands before checking the stew. While his Lycan growled lowly in approval through my mind. I bit my lip and tried to stay focused on the task at hand. I stared at the simmering pot and took in the complex scent. It looks like it's ready. "Let everyone know that dinner is ready when they want it. Anyone can just come through the kitchen and grab a bowl." I called through the ranked link.

I started piling on the food and my dad came in shortly after. Once dinner was done, the maids cleaned up the dishes and stored the leftovers. "Hey, angel." Vil slipped his arms around my waist and I leaned into his chest.

"Yes sir." I whispered softly.

"Please go get ready." He growled in my ear and I winced.

"Yes sir." The blush in my cheeks grew while I ran upstairs to his room. Hey, I provoked him earlier and I'm more than happy to reap the benefits.

I took a quick shower and shimmied into the black one piece he bought me last month. I thought that would be a good touch. I know he likes it when I show a little skin. I tied my hair back in a braid and sat on my cushion next to our bed. Knees tucked underneath me. The door opened shortly after and the tingle throughout my body at the anticipation made my heartbeat quicken while I grew drunk on his fiery scent. "Such a good girl." Vil growled lowly. He closed the door behind him and I heard the lock click, but I kept my eyes on the floor. "Do you know why you are being punished, angel?"

"Y-Yes, sir." I whispered.

He walked up to me, and I could see his black slacks and polished shoes while he let his hands graze over my arms. "And what might that be?"

"I didn't listen to you sir, or daddy, or Edon at lunch today." I confessed at just above a whisper.

"Good girl. So, then what should I do with my bratty little angel?"

I hummed softly and his fingers made their way up to my chin, forcing me to look up at him. "Anything that pleases you, sir." I purred softly.

He smirked and pulled away. The loss of his touch was chilling. He slipped off his shirt and walked over to his wardrobe, grabbing a small vibrator and a paddle from his arsenal of toys. "How about we go to twelve today, four for each of us, and I don't want you to even ask to release tonight. I'll let you know when you have reached your limits. Does that sound fair, angel?" He asked, turning back around with his tools of choice.

I shifted my weight and nodded. "Yes, sir."

"What is your safe word?"

"Apples, sir."

"What are your limits?"

"What I need them to be, sir." I whimpered, reciting what we had agreed upon and discussed so many times. I sighed into my submissive, enjoying the release of control before the fun even began. Vil is the master I always wanted and now...will always crave.

He came back to face me and unclasped the lace covering my core, placing the wireless contraption right where I couldn't get away from it before clasping everything back in place. The hum started low and I arched my back, giving him the satisfaction of my moans. "And will you hide your feelings from me at all during this scene? Good or bad?" He added.

"No, sir!" I whimpered as the intensity increased only just before he let the paddle slip into my view and tilted his head towards the bed.

"Good girl. Then, let us begin."

I scurried to the edge of the bed and leaned over the side, making sure I arched my back just how he liked before gripping hold of the comforter and reciting the last thing he and I needed to hear to begin our scene. "Thank you, sir."
