Chapter 905
"Actually, I've been waiting for this moment for so long..." Frederick murmured as he caressed Danica's body, trying to draw her attention away. Danica's affection for Frederick grew wild as the way she felt the rubbing pain. She couldn't stop herself from groaning. "Ahh, Frederick..." "Yeah..."
Frederick, who had already taken precautions, slowly nestled up against Danica. A tiny silver needle popped out from the ring on his finger as he slightly turned it around. He sped up his hand movements and seized the chance to pierce into her back. "Ouch! Don't be in such a hurry. Be gentle..."
Danica couldn't tell where the pain was coming from while drowning in such pleasure. She blinked but hardly could she keep her eyes open. With a loud noise, all the lights went out and the whole room was covered in darkness. "What... what's going on?"
"Maybe it's a power cut. I'll go and have a look. Stay where you are."
Before getting up, Frederick sent a quick message through his phone. Seemingly gazing at her with longing eyes, he pinched on her face softly and told her, "Wait for me."
The room was lit up very soon. In the dim, yellowish light, Danica drifted into ecstasy. The excitement rapidly arousing inside her blurred her vision. When she could finally get her eyes focused, she beckoned to the man in front of her. "F-Frederick?"
"Baby, I'm coming. Give me a minute."
A tall man stripped off his clothes while eagerly rushing over to Danica with a smile. Meanwhile, in the car outside the house, Frederick took out a cigarette and lit it in the dark.
Danica woke up the next day with her energy drained. Bruises covered all over her body, and her clothes were scattered all over the ground near the bed. The pleasure from the night before was still lingering in the air. She was alone on the bed, and then she faintly heard the sound of running water from the bathroom.
Getting up, Danica's face flashed with a bright smile as she yawned exhaustedly. She didn't mind the discomfort and pain when she touched her body. She threw herself into bed again and placed her hand over her thigh out of habit.
Her smile froze as her hand traveled along on her thigh. The scenes of the night before appeared before her eyes, and she recalled a voice speaking to her.
"Baby, is the wound not healed yet? Does it hurt? Can I have a look?"
"Gosh, that doctor did such a bad job. He left such a deep scar on your thigh."
"No, of course it's not ugly. This minor flaw makes you the beauty of imperfection!"
Did Frederick see her wound last night?
Her memories were fading away into a blur. The voice in her mind was indeed Frederick's, but he sounded...
Danica seemed to have realized something and closed her eyes, trying to recollect her memories. However, the sound of the bathroom door opening woke her up. She quickly opened her eyes and sat up. "Frederick?"
Turning around, Frederick glanced at her. "You're awake."
Stepping out from the bathroom, he had taken a shower and changed into a clean white blouse with a pair of black casual trousers. He looked aloof in his casual outfit yet charming under the sunlight. Much to his disgust, Frederick walked towards Danica without showing his unwillingness when she waved at him.
As soon as he sat on the bed, Danica put her head on his shoulder. "Frederick, I was so happy last night. Today is the happiest day of my life..."
It was one of the happy days that she would forever keep in her heart.
Her happiness was beyond words. Frederick gently pushed her away and reminded her, "You should take a bath. I've prepared the bathwater for you."
"You haven't changed a bit. You're being too fussy about hygiene!"
Frederick wore a faint smile on his face while secretly replying to her grumble, "That's because you're not Alicia!" In fact, his fussiness no longer persisted during his time with Alicia.
He felt a dull pain in his heart and clenched his fist. Alicia had once said the same thing about him.
Danica smiled and swiftly fixed his shirt collar. She caught a glimpse of a purple hickey on his neck and felt cheerful upon seeing her
creation.
"I'm going to take a bath."
She jumped off the bed and walked giddily into the bathroom.
Frederick's face darkened when loosening his collar. They were just doing this for their own benefits after all. It even took him some effort to fake the mark on his neck.
He might lose the whole game if he made a tiny mistake.
All of a sudden, Frederick realized that Danica was far more meticulous than he had imagined. Perhaps he had never known her well.
Thinking of something, he circled around the bed before heading to the sofa.
When Danica came out of the shower, she saw Frederick sitting on the sofa while using his phone, which was connected to the charger. Without any doubt, she rushed over and said, "I've cleaned up. Where are we going today?"
It was their honeymoon. Within the next few days, she wanted to grasp all the wonderful times as much as she could!
"It's up to you. If you have no idea for now, we can go to the resort nearby. The scenery is very beautiful and you can get anything there. Again, it's up to you. Just take your time and think about it." "Well, how about the Central Street? I remember the street sells various souvenirs and delicious food. I would also like to go to the amusement park and ride on the Ferris wheel."
Danica spoke as she was picking up the clothes on the ground. When she was out of sight, Frederick's eyes were fixated on the red pill in the plastic bag hidden near the tea table foot. "Sure."
Frederick took his eyes off his
mobile phone after Danica was done dressing up. His eyes briefly swept over the safe beside him before he went to pick up his suit. Both were smiling when they reached the door, only that Danica's was full of
excitement, while a glimpse of
playfulness was evident in
Frederick's smile.
As soon as they left the house, unexpectedly, Danica began to feel nauseous. Her stomach grumbled like an off-balance washing machine. Hence, their honeymoon trip ended up sending her to the hospital. As Danica was sent to the emergency room, Frederick took out his phone and walked to the
other side.
Meanwhile, in Buranda, Alicia's mind
had been blank for days. Though she looked absentminded, she would always stop by at the places she had been together with
Frederick. The Holy Spring, theol.ne
botanical garden, the zoo and the aquarium... She sat on the same chair, ate the same food gazed at the scenery they had seen together as if he was still around.
When the night fell, Alicia walked out of the restaurant and stopped in front of a broad sidewalk. The street was bustled with vehicle flows and pedestrians in bright neon lights. She was holding a sausage in her hand. [Ally, are you tired? Do you want me to carry you?]
She felt a lump in her throat. With tears welling up in her eyes, she nodded her head in a daze and mumbled, "Okay."
"You've promised me that I'm the only one you would carry on your back for the rest of your life..."
The cold wind was blowing harshly. Alicia shivered and accidentally slipped the sausage from her hand just before she could take a bite. Staring at the inedible sausage con the ground, bitter tears streamed down her cheeks.
